Exceeding the power of the opponent....

God's adversary has succeeded in creating mental confusion amongst people, that truth has been suppressed everywhere and replaced with erroneous spiritual knowledge and that people no longer know where to look for and find the truth. For everyone believes to possess it, everyone considers his own thoughts to be right and good, and yet most people are far removed from the truth. But the battle rages between light and darkness, and in the last days the darkness is so dense that hardly a ray of light can penetrate it.... But the adversary's activity is so obvious that an end will soon be put to his work, as it is proclaimed in word and scripture.... At the end of an earth period his power is always great because people themselves grant it to him, but then he abuses his power by exceeding the limits of what is granted to him by God.... He certainly has the power to influence people's will, to tempt them and urge them to make the decision he desires.... But he goes further in his activity.... He strikes people with complete blindness and deprives them of the possibility of also recognizing another lord.... He undermines all knowledge about this lord by trying to present God in Jesus Christ to them as a phantom, so that a choice, a free decision for God is almost impossible. That is why the hour has come when his further activity will be stopped, when he himself will be put in chains and he will no longer be able to oppress people on this earth. But God also seeks to convey to misguided people in every way the knowledge which His adversary wants to withhold from them.... Again and again the pure truth is offered to them but in the prevailing darkness it is only recognized with difficulty. But in order to make it possible for Him to recognize it God also works extraordinarily in the last days.... He allows things to happen which go beyond human abilities and draws attention to Himself as the author of these events.... He sends preachers amongst people who proclaim Himself and His power and glory on His behalf and do unusual things as a sign.... He evidently shows people the power of faith in His name, and people could also come to faith and pure truth as a result.... Yet even over such unusual expressions of the divine spirit veils of obscurity are let down on the part of those who should give people light but place themselves at the disposal of God's adversary and extinguish the light which shines again and again. It is difficult to recognize the truth in the last times, but it is possible if the desire for truth prevails. For God's flow of grace flows uninterruptedly, and even if His adversary tries everything to stop it.... the power of God is greater, and the light of truth exposes His adversary. But the battle between light and darkness rages until the end of this earth. And those who hand themselves over to God's adversary will sink into darkness.... but those who desire light God reveals Himself to, and they will never fall prey to the adversary because the eternal light Himself illuminates them and gives them strength to withstand until the end....

Exceder o poder do oponente....

O adversário de Deus tem conseguido criar confusão mental entre as pessoas, que a verdade tem sido suprimida em toda parte e substituída por conhecimento espiritual errado e que as pessoas não sabem mais onde procurar e encontrar a verdade. Para cada um acredita possuí-lo, cada um considera seus próprios pensamentos como certos e bons, e ainda assim a maioria das pessoas está muito longe da verdade. Mas a batalha entre a luz e a escuridão é tão densa que dificilmente um raio de luz pode penetrá-la.... Mas a atividade do adversário é tão óbvia que logo será posto um fim ao seu trabalho, como é proclamado em Word and Scripture.... No final de um período terrestre o seu poder é sempre grande porque as próprias pessoas lho concedem, mas depois ele abusa do seu poder ao exceder os limites do que lhe é concedido por Deus.... Ele certamente tem o poder de influenciar a vontade das pessoas, de as tentar e de as incitar a tomar a decisão que deseja.... Mas ele vai mais longe na sua actividade.... Ele atinge as pessoas com total cegueira e priva-as da possibilidade de reconhecerem também outro Senhor.... Ele mina todo o conhecimento sobre este Senhor ao tentar apresentar Deus em Jesus Cristo a eles como um fantasma, de modo que uma escolha, uma decisão livre para Deus é quase impossível. Por esta razão, chegou também a hora em que a sua actividade será interrompida, em que ele próprio será acorrentado e não poderá mais oprimir as pessoas nesta terra. Mas Deus também procura transmitir às pessoas mal orientadas em todos os sentidos o conhecimento que o Seu adversário lhes quer ocultar.... Uma e outra vez a pura verdade é-lhes oferecida, mas na escuridão prevalecente ela só é reconhecida com dificuldade. Mas para que Ele o reconheça, Deus também trabalha extraordinariamente nos últimos dias.... Ele permite que aconteçam coisas que vão além das capacidades humanas e chama a atenção para Si como autor destes eventos.... Ele envia pregadores entre pessoas que se proclamam a si mesmo e o Seu poder e glória em Seu nome e fazem coisas incomuns como um sinal.... Ele evidentemente mostra às pessoas o poder da fé em Seu nome, e as pessoas também poderiam chegar à fé e à pura verdade como resultado.... Mas mesmo sobre tais expressões inusitadas dos véus espirituais divinos de obscuridade são desapontados por aqueles que deveriam dar luz às pessoas, mas se colocam à disposição do adversário de Deus e extinguem a luz que brilha uma e outra vez. É difícil reconhecer a verdade nos últimos tempos, mas é possível se prevalecer o desejo de verdade. Pois o fluxo da graça de Deus flui ininterruptamente, e mesmo que o Seu adversário tente tudo para pará-lo.... o poder de Deus é maior, e a luz da verdade expõe o Seu adversário. Mas a batalha entre a luz e a escuridão se desenrola até o fim desta terra. E aqueles que se entregam ao adversário de Deus afundarão nas trevas.... mas aqueles que desejam a luz a que Deus se revela, e nunca cairão presas do adversário porque a própria Luz Eterna os ilumina e lhes dá forças para resistir até o fim...._>Amém
