Spiritual strivers are particularly harassed....

People who strive to ascend are particularly exposed to My adversary's attacks and he uses a variety of means to reach his goal: to turn them away from Me again and to pull them down into the abyss. He is so deluded that he believes he will succeed because he does not know that he has already lost these souls through their will, which is meant for Me. For I will not abandon him any more who once turned to Me of his own free will.... But I cannot prevent him from temporarily turning to the world again if My adversary can achieve a sham success. Yet irrevocably the soul returns to Me, for the world can no longer captivate it, and My love draws the creature which has already found its way to Me. And therein you can also look for the explanation that spiritual strivers must wrestle with My adversary for their freedom. They will never be losers but nevertheless have to use strength, for he is persistent and his means are often not recognisable and can therefore have a harmful effect insofar as the path to Me is prolonged by temporary standstill or looking backwards.... But I cannot prevent people from being blinded by a false light.... and particularly not so when right light shone from Me and they passed by it for the sake of that delusive glare.... when their eyes are then weakened and they can no longer recognise anything.... Neither I nor My adversary will use coercion where the creatures' free decision is concerned, but nevertheless My adversary will not succeed in snatching the souls from Me again which are on their way to Me, he can only stop them and try to bring them to heel for his objects. And then free will will decide again, which will, however, certainly also find its way back to Me again, even if the human being has taken wrong paths, for whoever has once chosen Me as his goal will never give up this goal again. But the fact that it is at all possible to obey his wishes in the slightest is due to you humans yourselves.... You have loosened your bond with Me yourselves and thereby attracted him to you, who will seize such an opportunity. For this reason increased vigilance is always called for for everyone who strives to ascend, for even if the adversary is blind in spirit, even if his thinking is completely wrong, he nevertheless knows that he does not have much time left, that a deadline has been fixed for him, and in his darkness he believes that in this short period of time he can still achieve to dethrone Me and to accede to the throne himself. And therefore he will not shy at any means nor will he stop at anyone.... But one thing can keep him back: when you stand in My circle of light.... He cannot fight My light and therefore he tries everything to bring the light bearers down. But if you are vigilant, then you only ever turn your eyes and hearts towards Me.... then My light of love can shine into you even more intensely and My adversary will flee from it. You should watch and pray and he will not get anywhere with you....

영을 추구하는 사람들은 특별하게 공격을 받는다.

위를 향해 추구하는 사람들은 아주 특별하게 내 대적자의 공격을 받는다. 내 대적자는 자신의 목표를 달성하기 위해 가장 다양한 수단을 사용한다. 그의 목표는 그들을 다시 나에게서 멀어지게 하고 깊은 곳으로 끌어내리는 일이다. 그는 너무 눈이 멀어 자신이 성공한다고 믿는다. 왜냐면 그는 혼들의 의지를 통해 혼들을 자신이 이미 잃었다는 것을 모르기 때문이다. 나는 한번 자유의지로 나에게 향한 혼을 더 이상 버려두지 않는다. 그러나 혼이 때때로 세상으로 돌아가고 내 대적자가 겉보기에 성공을 하게 되면, 나는 그런 일을 막을 수 없다. 그러나 혼은 돌이킬 수 없이 나에게 돌아온다. 왜냐면 세상이 혼을 더 이상 묶을 수 없고 내 사랑은 이미 나에게 향하는 길을 찾은 피조물을 끌어드리기 때문이다.

이를 통해 너희는 또한 영을 추구하는 사람들이 그들의 자유를 위해 내 대적자와 싸워야만 한다는 설명을 얻을 수 있다. 사람들은 절대로 패배자가 되지 않을 것이다. 그러나 그럴지라도 그들은 힘을 사용해야만 한다. 왜냐면 내 대적자가 끈질기기 때문이고 아직 그의 수단을 자주 알아볼 수 없고 그러므로 나에게 향하는 길을 일시적으로 정지시키거나 또는 뒤를 돌아보게 하는 일을 통해 멀어지게 만드는 점에서 해로운 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 사람들이 잘못 된 빛에 의해 눈을 멀게 하면, 나는 이를 막을 수 없다. 특별히 내가 올바른 빛이 비출 때 그들이 잘못 된 빛으로 인해 올바른 빛을 지나치고 그들의 눈이 연약해져서 더 이상 아무것도 볼 수 없게 되면, 나는 이를 막을 수 없다.

나와 내 대적자가 피조물이 자유롭게 결정해야 하는 곳에서 강제를 사용하지 않을 것이다. 그러나 그럴지라도 내 대적자는 나에게 향하는 길을 가는 혼을 빼앗는 일에 성공하지 못할 것이고 그는 단지 혼을 정지시키고 자신의 목적을 위해 혼이 따르게 하도록 시도할 수 있다. 그러면 자유의지가 다시 결정을 한다. 비록 사람이 잘못 된 길을 갔을지라도 자유의지는 확실하게 나에게 돌아갈 길을 찾을 것이다. 왜냐면 나를 한번 자신의 목표로 삼는 사람은 더 이상 이 목표를 포기하지 않기 때문이다.

그러나 가장 적게라도 목표에 도달하려는 의지를 갖는 일은 너희 자신에게 달려 있다. 너희 자신이 나와의 연결을 느슨하게 했고 이를 통해 그런 기회를 놓치지 않는 자를 너희에게 끌어드렸다. 그러므로 높은 곳을 향해 추구하는 모든 사람은 항상 깨어 있어야 한다 (1956년 5월 14일). 그러나 대적자의 영의 눈이 멀었고 그의 생각이 완전히 틀렸을지라도 그는 자신에게 더 이상 많은 시간이 없고 그에게 정해진 시간이 있다는 것을 안다. 그는 그의 어두움 가운데 짧은 시간 내에 아직 나를 왕좌에서 끌어내리고 자신을 왕좌에 오르게 할 수 있다고 믿는다. 그러므로 그는 어떤 수단도 사용하기를 주저하지 않고 어느 누구도 예외를 두지 않는다.

그러나 한 가지가 그를 막을 수 있다. 즉 너희가 내 빛의 영역 안에 거하는 일이다. 그는 내 빛에 맞서 싸울 수 없다. 그러므로 그는 빛 전달자들을 쓰러뜨리기 위해 모든 일을 시도한다. 그러나 너희가 깨어 있다면, 너희는 항상 너희의 눈과 심장을 나에게 향하게 하고 그러면 내 사랑의 빛이 너희에게 더 강렬하게 비추고 내 대적자는 이 빛을 피해 달아난다. 너희는 깨어 있어야 하고 기도해야 한다. 그러면 그는 너희에게서 어떤 일도 성취시키지 못하게 될 것이다.
