The narrow path....

I want to dwell within you, I want to reign in your hearts, yet with a love that is to fill you with bliss. I want to be within you. This My presence also makes you to My children, I thus have come to My own and they have received Me.... To you who are on this earth as My creatures belongs my whole love, it looks after you and leads you on paths that, admitted, are often stoney and need to be covered laboriously. I’m leading you and yet again, I’m standing at the destination, expecting you. So you thus have My everlasting help, and no one can say having never experienced My help. Though, if the one does not follow My loving urging and My love-call, that one will stay behind and the ones who follow Me will gain a lead by a wide margin.... and they will reach the destination.... I will personally press them on My Father’s heart and lead them into My house.... the child has found its way home to the father from whom it was away a long time by its own fault.... It now has finally returned back because it set foot unto the only path that leads to Me.... the path of love.... However, this path is not easily to walk, it offers no allurements, no feast for the eyes, it is not smooth and to be walked without any effort, but it needs to be conquered step by step, because it leads up steeply and because of the many obstacles that need to be removed before it becomes passable.... But it is passable because of a guide Who constantly walks along your side, supporting and protecting you, supplying you with strength when you’re about to fail. He comforts you full of love, He relieves you of the load you are to carry, He carefully leads you across dangerous cliffs, He is your constant companion. Thus you can reach the destination, provided you have the will for it. But now it is certainly possible for you to direct your look towards the broad path, and this broad path can easily appear desirable for you because it is bordered by joys and pleasures of all kind. The loveliest scenes tempt the wanderer to risk a jump from the narrow, hard passable path to the broad, tempting street where many bustle about in the worldly enjoyments.... The temptation is very big and a great many cannot resist it.... The one leaves the laborious path and will always be helped across to the broad path.... for everywhere there are figures who wave at the one and offer their hand to the one and are happy to be able to lure the wanderer away from the narrow path. The broad way, however, does not lead to the same destination.... it leads downward as certain as the narrow path leads up to the top.

This picture is making it clear to you that the last destination is only achievable by surmounting, that it costs a certain fight with one’s self and the obstacles that put themselves in one’s way. Hence, man can only get to the last destination if the one is serious about it, when the one disregards all the stumbling-blocks, when the one directs his eye nowhere else but to the top where I wave at the one, being the most glorious destination....

(4.6.1952) I then will personally carry the one’s feet away across obstacles, the one then won’t see them but his look will beamingly cling to Me Who stretches His hand towards him, the hand of which he can hold on to, that will lead the one to the end of the path.... How different though is the life of those who walk on different paths.... how many joys and worldly pleasures can the one have, how many wants, sufferings and hardships the other one.... The days present themselves eventful for the one while the other one just sees miseries with one’s self and with others, and the first one will, beside one’s own burden, even carry the burden of the fellow human being, because love drives the one to it. But once the reward will come and this will be just according to how man’s desire was and the way they had furnished evidence for it. Whoever did endeavor spiritually, whoever did not forget Me, in spite of all the hardship, but perseveringly approached Me, will receive spiritual goods. But those who walked the broad path will all of a sudden see that it will terminate in the depth.... The depth will receive them all, for they have been descending unswervingly, the path that certainly may have been started with good intensions but may soon have been abandoned because of the temptations that dispelled all the concerns, because of the taking over of sin where My opponent is able to have an effect upon the souls of the humans. And the broad path has been prepared by him with the aim to ruin the humans.

And thus two powers are attracting you people and you can decide yourselves, you can choose yourselves whom you want to strive for. You can become My children, but you can also remain his children.... This is the decision you people on earth have to make. This decision is an exceedingly responsible one for it is decisive about your whole eternity. That’s why each one of the two rulers sends out their messengers. None of those who walks the broad path will exist who did not meet warners and admonishers, for they stand alongside the path, they know the Lord Who alone can offer salvation and this also inspires them to pass on knowledge to their fellow humans as well and to allure them away from the extremely dangerous broad path.... Only rarely are they successful to influence the wanderer in such a way that they leave the broad path and join the pilgrims on the narrow path. But My love and mercy seizes these and and I make the ascent easy for them, since they did surmount themselves. And to the conquerers a glorious crown will be in store.... they will be the first ones because they possess My whole love of the Father which I also intended to give away to the others, yet had to experience rejection from them.... For whoever walks the broad path walks without Me.... because the love for the world choked every love for Me and the fellow humans and thus the gap cannot be bridged over without love.

Walk the way of the cross of love.... be loving and suffering and carry your earthly weight in humbleness and submission and be aware that you will considerably shorten the path to Me by that, that your soul will become continuously brighter and clearer the higher you mount....

Be aware that, some day in the spiritual kingdom, you will surpass those souls who did not act like you, you will be able to have an effect on those who remained behind in their spiritual development, that you then ought to, and can help them that they, too, get to the light. For I cannot arbitrarily transfer into the kingdom of light those who failed in the earthly life, who did not live according to my will, but let themselves be determined by the one who is My opponent.... Yet, they are not to be lost forever.... And this is your mission in some days to come, to snatch away the souls from the darkness, to help those attain bliss, even though they will never reach the degree of light that a proper path on earth will yield....

O caminho estreito....

Quero habitar em ti, quero reinar no teu coração, mas com um amor que te encherá. Quero estar em you.... Esta presença de Mine também vos torna Meus filhos, depois vim para os Meus e eles receberam Me.... Todo o Meu amor vos pertence, vós que viveis nesta terra como Minhas criaturas, ele cuida de vós e guia-vos por caminhos que são de facto muitas vezes pedregosos e difíceis de cobrir. Eu guio-vos e, no entanto, estou novamente no objectivo e espero por vós. Assim tem a Minha ajuda eterna, e ninguém pode dizer que ele nunca experimentou a Minha ajuda. Mas se ele não seguir o Meu amoroso apelo e o Meu apelo de amor, ele ficará para trás, e aqueles que me seguem ganharão uma grande vantagem.... e alcançarão o objectivo.... Eu próprio levo-os ao Meu Coração Paterno e levo-os a Minha Casa.... a criança encontrou o caminho de casa para o Pai de Quem esteve distante durante um tempo interminável por sua própria culpa.... Finalmente encontrou o seu caminho de volta porque entrou no único caminho que leva a Me.... o caminho do amor.... Mas este caminho não é fácil de andar, não oferece tentações, não oferece festa para os olhos, não é uniforme e sem esforço para andar, mas tem de ser escalado passo a passo, porque leva a uma subida acentuada e porque muitos obstáculos têm de ser removidos antes de se tornar transitável.... Mas é transitável porque um guia está constantemente ao seu lado, apoiando-o e protegendo-o, dando-lhe força quando quer falhar. Ele fala contigo cheio de amor, Ele alivia-te do fardo que tens de carregar, Ele conduz-te cuidadosamente por penhascos perigosos, Ele é constantemente o teu companheiro.... Para que possa atingir o objectivo, desde que tenha a vontade de o fazer.... Mas agora é bem possível dirigir o seu olhar para o caminho largo, e este caminho largo pode facilmente parecer-lhe desejável, pois está repleto de alegrias e prazeres de todo o tipo. As imagens mais belas tentam o vagabundo a dar um salto do caminho estreito e difícil para o caminho largo e aliciante, onde muitos cavortam no gozo do mundo. A tentação é muito grande, e muitos não conseguem resistir.... Ele deixa o árduo caminho, e é sempre ajudado a percorrer o caminho largo.... Pois em todo o lado há figuras que o acenam e lhe oferecem a sua mão, que se alegram em poder atrair os errantes para longe do caminho estreito. Mas o caminho largo não leva ao mesmo destino.... conduz para baixo, com a mesma certeza que o caminho estreito conduz para cima.

Esta imagem deixa-lhe claro que o objectivo final só pode ser alcançado se o ultrapassar, que requer uma certa luta consigo próprio e com as dificuldades que se lhe deparam. Assim, o ser humano só pode alcançar o objectivo final se o levar a sério, se não prestar atenção a todas as dificuldades, se apenas dirigir o seu olhar para cima, onde eu o aceno como o objectivo mais glorioso.... (4.6.1952) Então Eu Mim mesmo levarei os seus pés sobre os obstáculos, então ele não os verá, mas o seu olhar brilhará sobre Mim, que estende a Minha mão na sua direcção, à qual se pode agarrar, o que o guiará até ao fim do caminho.... Mas quão diferente é a vida daqueles que caminham por caminhos diferentes.... Quantas alegrias e prazeres mundanos uma pode registar, quantas privações, sofrimentos e privações a outra.... Os dias são variados para um, enquanto o outro só vê dificuldades para si próprio e para os outros, e para além do seu próprio fardo também carrega o fardo do seu semelhante, porque o amor o leva a isso. Mas um dia a retribuição virá, e isto será como o próprio ser humano exigiu e como ele provou o seu desejo.... Os bens espirituais serão recebidos por qualquer pessoa que se tenha esforçado espiritualmente, que não se tenha esquecido de Mim acima de todas as dificuldades, mas que tenha caminhado com firmeza na minha direcção. Mas aqueles que percorreram o caminho largo de repente vêem que ele termina nas profundezas.... A profundidade receberá todos eles, pois têm caminhado constantemente para baixo, o caminho que certamente começou com boas intenções, mas que foram logo abandonados porque as tentações dissiparam todas as desconfianças, porque o pecado é galopante onde o meu adversário pode ter um efeito na alma das pessoas. E o amplo caminho foi traçado por ele com o objectivo de corromper as pessoas.

E assim dois poderes seduzem-vos, humanos, e podem decidir por vós próprios, podem escolher por vós próprios para quem querem lutar. Podem tornar-se Meus filhos, mas também podem permanecer Seus filhos.... Esta é a decisão que vocês, humanos, têm de tomar na Terra. É uma decisão extremamente responsável, pois determina toda a sua eternidade. É por isso que cada um dos dois governantes envia os seus mensageiros. Não haverá ninguém que percorra o caminho largo que não encontre admoestadores e admoestadores, pois eles estão à beira do caminho, conhecem o Senhor que sozinho pode oferecer salvação, e esta realização inspira-os a transmitir também informações aos seus semelhantes e a afastá-los do caminho largo extremamente perigoso.... Só raramente é possível influenciar os errantes de tal forma que deixam o caminho largo e se juntam aos peregrinos no caminho estreito. Mas estes agarram o Meu amor e misericórdia e eu facilito-lhes a ascensão porque se superaram a si próprios. E uma gloriosa coroa acena aos vencedores.... eles serão os primeiros porque possuem todo o Meu amor paterno, que eu também queria dar aos outros, mas tive de experimentar a rejeição deles.... Para quem caminha no caminho largo caminha sem Mim.... porque o amor pelo mundo sufocou todo o amor por Mim e pelos outros seres humanos e sem amor o abismo não pode ser ultrapassado....

Siga o caminho da cruz do amor.... ama e sofre e suporta a tua carga terrena com humildade e rendição e sabe que, ao fazê-lo, encurtará consideravelmente o caminho até Mim, que a tua alma se tornará sempre mais brilhante e clara quanto mais alto escalares....

Saiba que ultrapassa as almas que não fizeram o mesmo que você, e que um dia poderá trabalhar no reino espiritual sobre aqueles que ficaram para trás no seu desenvolvimento espiritual, que então deve e pode ajudá-los para que também eles alcancem a luz. Pois não posso transferir arbitrariamente para o reino da luz aqueles que falharam na vida terrena, que não viveram segundo a Minha vontade mas se deixaram determinar por aquele que é o Meu adversário..... Mas não se perderão para sempre.... E esta é a vossa missão um dia, arrebatar as almas das trevas, ajudá-las à beatitude, mesmo que nunca atinjam o grau de luz que um caminho correcto na terra ganha...._>Ámen
