Source of life.... holy communion.... flesh and blood....

You should always and constantly draw from the source of life, and you will never lack the strength to ascend. What you are offered is nourishment for your soul, which you urgently need on your path through life, and therefore you should not let your soul go hungry by indifferently passing it by when I want to feed you at My table.... I will give you bread and wine to strengthen your soul, and My table of gifts is always laid for hungry earthly wanderers who want to be My guests. I feed them and give them drink and let no one go from Me unsated who wants to be refreshed by Me. But I don't force anyone who resists Me to accept My gift, yet I advice him not to pass by the gift of life which opens up the most delicious things on earth to him. He should keep still for a while during his walk and think about whether his strength will suffice until the end of the path if he does not accept strengthening when it is offered to him. For he will bitterly regret it if he sinks down before the end and can no longer rise to continue the path. You humans all need strengthening, for it is not the body that should reach its aim but the soul. You certainly provide abundantly for the body but you leave the soul in want, and if a source of life opens up for it, it rushes past and you weaken it so that it cannot fulfil its earthly task of developing upwards, for what it lacks cannot be given to it by the world but only I can hand it the nourishment, the bread from the heavens, which alone gives it strength on the path upwards. The nourishment I give it is My word, which is conveyed to it from above through My love.... Anyone who accepts My word within himself will receive much strength and effortlessly be able to cover the ascent, for My word is such effective nourishment and such life-awakening drink that the human being no longer knows any weakness and is filled with strong will to reach Me, Who stands at the end of the path and stretches out My hands towards him in longing love for all My living creations. And thus My love is constantly intent on conveying the strength to the earthly children which can only be imparted to them through My word. I constantly want to offer them My word, My flesh and My blood, because they have to receive Me Myself in order to come close to Me, because without Me they cannot ascend and therefore I bring Myself close to them in My word so that they will become blissfully happy....

(4.8.1950) No externally perceptible act is necessary in order to let Me be present, for the human being will only ever hear My word if he quietly listens within himself. Thus he will only be fed by Me with nourishment for the soul if he mentally establishes an intimate connection with Me which enables him to hear My word, and this intimate connection requires no external sign, no ceremony and no visible action. An open heart is all I require in order to let the flow of grace of My love flow in, in order to truly feed and water the human being, because his soul needs strengthening and I reward the intimate connection with Me by expressing Myself in the word. My word is the manna which comes from heaven, My word is the pledge of My love, for the only path to Me is love, which is taught to everyone through My word. My word is both a means and an end, for it leads to Me and emanates from Me as strength so that it helps the human being to ascend. The word proves Me Who is without beginning and without end, Who manifestly makes Myself known, thus giving My flesh and blood to all those who want to accept it from Me. And all of you shall feast on My gift of grace, all of you shall hunger and thirst for My address, all of you shall desire to be fed by Me and you will always receive bread and wine; I will always invite you to supper and provide you as My guests with everything you need for body and soul. And your soul will never ever need to go hungry if the spring from which the living water flows has been opened up to it....

Fonte da vida.... Sagrada Comunhão.... Carne e Sangue....

Deve sempre e constantemente tirar da fonte da vida, e nunca lhe faltará a força para ascender. O que lhe é oferecido é alimento para a sua alma, do qual necessita urgentemente no seu caminho pela vida, e por isso não deve deixar a sua alma passar fome, passando-a indiferentemente quando eu quiser alimentá-la à Minha mesa.... Dar-vos-ei pão e vinho para fortalecer a vossa alma, e a Minha mesa de presentes é sempre posta para os peregrinos terrestres famintos que querem ser Meus convidados. Alimento-os e dou-lhes de beber e não deixo sair ninguém de Mim sem ser dito que quer ser refrescado por Mim. Mas eu não forço ninguém que me resista a aceitar o Meu dom, contudo aconselho-o a não passar pelo dom da vida que lhe abre as coisas mais deliciosas da terra. Deve ficar quieto durante algum tempo durante a sua caminhada e pensar se a sua força será suficiente até ao fim do caminho se não aceitar o reforço quando este lhe for oferecido. Pois irá arrepender-se amargamente se se afundar antes do fim e já não puder subir para continuar o caminho. Todos vós, humanos, necessitais de reforço, pois não é o corpo que deve atingir o seu objectivo, mas sim a alma. É certo que se fornece abundantemente para o corpo, mas deixa-se a alma em carência, e se uma fonte de vida se abre para ele, ele passa a correr e enfraquece-o para que não possa cumprir a sua tarefa terrena de se desenvolver para cima, pois o que lhe falta não lhe pode ser dado pelo mundo, mas só eu posso dar-lhe o alimento, o pão dos céus, que por si só lhe dá força no caminho para cima. O alimento que lhe dou é a Minha Palavra, que lhe é transmitido de cima através do Meu amor.... Qualquer pessoa que aceite a Minha Palavra dentro de si receberá muita força e sem esforço será capaz de cobrir a ascensão, pois a Minha Palavra é um alimento tão eficaz e uma bebida tão despertadora de vida que o ser humano já não conhece mais nenhuma fraqueza e está cheio de forte vontade de Me alcançar, que está no fim do caminho e estende as Minhas mãos em direcção a Ele em saudoso amor por todas as Minhas criações vivas. E assim o Meu amor está constantemente empenhado em transmitir às crianças terrenas a força que só lhes pode ser transmitida através da Minha Palavra. Quero oferecer-lhes constantemente a Minha Palavra, a Minha carne e o Meu sangue, porque eles têm de Me receber a Mim mesmo para se aproximarem de Mim, porque sem Mim eles não podem ascender e, por isso, aproximo-me deles na Minha Palavra para que se tornem felizes.... (4.8.1950) Nenhum acto externamente perceptível é necessário para Me deixar estar presente, pois o ser humano só escutará a Minha Palavra se ouvir silenciosamente dentro de si mesmo. Assim, ele só será alimentado por Mim com alimento para a alma se estabelecer mentalmente uma ligação íntima comigo que lhe permita ouvir a Minha Palavra, e esta ligação íntima não requer nenhum sinal externo, nenhuma cerimónia e nenhuma acção visível. Um coração aberto é tudo o que preciso para deixar fluir o fluir da graça do Meu amor, para alimentar e regar verdadeiramente o ser humano, porque a sua alma precisa de fortalecimento e eu recompenso a ligação íntima comigo, expressando-Me na Palavra. A Minha Palavra é o maná que vem do céu, a Minha Palavra é o penhor do Meu amor, pois o único caminho para Mim é o amor, que é ensinado a todos através da Minha Palavra. A Minha Palavra é simultaneamente meio e fim, pois leva a Mim e emana de Mim como força para ajudar o ser humano a ascender. A Palavra prova Quem é Quem sem princípio e sem fim, Quem se faz manifestamente conhecido, dando assim a Minha carne e o Meu sangue a todos aqueles que o querem aceitar de Mim. E todos vós banqueteareis o Meu dom da graça, todos vós tereis fome e sede do Meu endereço, todos vós desejareis ser alimentados por Mim e recebereis sempre pão e vinho; convidar-vos-ei sempre para jantar e fornecer-vos-ei como Meus convidados tudo o que precisardes para o corpo e a alma. E a sua alma nunca precisará de passar fome se a fonte de onde corre a água viva se lhe tiver aberto...._>Ámen
