‘They ate and drank....’ just as it was before the Flood....
As the end comes closer it will become again as it was before the great flood. People will be seized by an increased lust for life and be influenced by the world with all its attractions. People will no longer be able nor want to control themselves and will therefore unscrupulously enjoy life in sinfulness. For they will not desire harmless pleasures, instead, sin will prevail everywhere, selfish love will displace all neighbourly love and thus people will become sinful by harming their fellow human beings merely to satisfy their body’s every wish. Other people’s possessions will not be respected and thus all laws will be violated. The increased pleasure of life will stifle the voice of conscience and what the world has to offer will be relished to the full.... The world, however, is My adversary’s realm and thus only bad can come from the world, it can only denote a danger for the soul, for the satisfaction granted to the body must be atoned for by the soul, it must pay for what the body demands. People may therefore seemingly delight in the pleasure, only those belonging to My Own will know which hour has struck when people seek to intoxicate themselves in the ecstasy of pleasure. Then the end will be very near, for I have long announced to you already that it will be like before the great flood.... They ate and drank, they married and were given in marriage and took no notice of the admonitions and warnings from above. And it will be difficult to preach the Gospel to these people, for since they only pay attention to and aim for earthly life they lack all understanding for spiritual life, and therefore they mock and ridicule every bearer of truth who will try to convert them. Yet in the midst of euphoria comes the last Judgment.... It will be dreadful for all who look upon the world as their God, for they will fall from the height into the abyss, from joy into immense fear, they will fall from heaven into hell.... For the world and its attractions was their heaven, but the world will be destroyed.... and harshest incarceration will be the fate of those who used their freedom on earth wrongly, who live in sin and also die in sin. Beware of the world for it is a great danger for you.... at the moment it certainly still offers much that is desirable yet it is better that you refrain from it and strive toward the heavenly joys which come afterwards, and do without, so that you can enjoy the delights of heaven in all abundance. Don’t belong to those who only love themselves and want to provide the body with every pleasure. The euphoria is short-lived, yet it will be followed by a dreadful awakening, as it is announced in Word and Scripture.... The human race, however, is in great danger, for it is already dazzled by the world’s deceptive light, and it will not stand still in its demands but it will increase them.... It aims with giant strides towards the final end.... it seeks life and will find death, it seeks joy and walks into ruin....

"Comeram e beberam...." como antes da inundação....
Tal como no tempo antes da Inundação, assim será novamente agora, à medida que se aproxima do fim. Um desejo de vida acrescido apoderar-se-á das pessoas e o mundo irá afectá-las com todos os seus encantos. As pessoas já não poderão e estarão dispostas a controlar-se e a desfrutar sem escrúpulos da vida na pecaminosidade. Pois não serão prazeres puros que desejam, mas o pecado prevalecerá em toda a parte, o amor egoísta deslocará todo o amor ao próximo e, por conseguinte, as pessoas tornar-se-ão pecadoras porque prejudicam o seu próximo, a fim de obterem apenas a realização dos desejos do seu corpo. Os bens do vizinho não serão respeitados e, portanto, todos os mandamentos serão violados. No maior gozo da vida, a voz da consciência é abafada e o que o mundo oferece é desfrutado ao máximo. Mas o mundo é o reino do adversário de Mim, e assim só coisas más podem vir do mundo, só pode significar perigo para a alma, pois o que é cumprido para o corpo a alma tem de expiar, tem de pagar o que o corpo exige. Assim, as pessoas aparentemente poderão desfrutar da felicidade, apenas aqueles que pertencem aos Meus Saberão que horas se passaram quando as pessoas tentaram estupefactar-se no frenesim do prazer. Então o fim está muito próximo, pois já vos anunciei isto há muito tempo, que será como antes da inundação.... comiam e bebiam, andavam livres e deixavam-se ir e não prestavam atenção às admoestações e advertências de cima. E será difícil pregar o Evangelho a estas pessoas, pois como só respeitam e lutam pela vida terrena, carecem de toda a compreensão pela vida espiritual, e por isso ridicularizam e escarnecem de todos os portadores da verdade que tentarão convertê-los. Mas no meio do arrebatamento da alegria vem o último Julgamento.... E por isso será terrível para todos os que vêem o seu Deus no mundo terreno, pois cairão da altura para as profundezas, da alegria para o maior medo, cairão do céu para o inferno.... Pois o mundo com os seus encantos era o seu paraíso, mas será destruído.... e o cativeiro mais feroz é a sorte daqueles que abusaram da sua liberdade na terra, que vivem em pecado e também morrem em pecado. Cuidado com o mundo, pois é um grande perigo para si.... certamente que ainda lhe oferece muitas coisas desejáveis agora, no entanto, deve renunciar a elas e lutar pelas alegrias celestiais que virão depois, e renunciar a elas para que possa então desfrutar das alegrias do céu em abundância. Não pertencer àqueles que só amam a si próprios e querem dar todo o prazer ao corpo. O arrebatamento da alegria é curto, mas é seguido por um terrível despertar, como é anunciado em Word e Scripture..... Mas a humanidade está em grande perigo, pois já está cega pela luz enganadora do mundo, e não ficará parada nas suas exigências, mas irá aumentá-las.... Está a avançar a passos gigantescos para o último fim.... ela procura a vida e encontrará a morte, procura a alegria e vai à ruína...._>Ámen
