Creation of the world.... Moses.... metaphorical language....

Do not let yourselves be carried away to any judgement as long as you are not yet of fully awakened spirit. There is so infinitely much that would burden your intellect if it should digest it, but which is nevertheless divine wisdom, thus knowledge which completely corresponds to truth. The human being, in his inadequacy, cannot grasp a particle of it, nor can he receive light about it through even the sharpest intellectual activity, but he must desire and receive clarification about it in a spiritual way.... He must let God speak to him directly or in the form of thoughts which arise in him after heartfelt prayer for enlightenment. What is fully understandable to one person can be knowledge darker than the deepest night to another, and thus the latter will reject what the former recognises and accepts as pure truth. But a debate about it can also give clarification to the latter, if he demands such. Likewise, God can also distribute the truth in the form of instructions through fellow human beings, if He can express Himself through an organ or dictate to it in the pen what is necessary to know:.... There are various explanations of the scriptural text of the creation of the world, and each can be truth if it originated from the One Who is the eternal Truth Himself. And thus it depends on the degree of maturity of the person being taught which explanation he needs. He can look at the days of creation as he likes, he can want to recognise a purely spiritual relation and be instructed accordingly.... But he can also regard himself as the centre of all material creation and accordingly interpret the traditional words of Moses or put them aside as incomprehensible to him until further notice, i.e. until his maturity of knowledge is increased by a way of life in accordance with divine will. He will never attain complete understanding on earth, for divine wisdom is inexhaustible, unfathomable, until the human being is perfect, although God enlightens the human being and can impart extensive knowledge to him through His spirit. The creation of the world cannot be made clear to people in any other way than metaphorically. The people of Moses' time were familiar with imagery, so that they not only understood it as the earthly, i.e. the material development of the earth, but were also able to comprehend the spiritual relation, if they wished to learn about it. Moses' words are not given superficially, and therefore they cannot be understood according to their wording either, but God Himself spoke to Moses, and indeed for the whole of humanity of a whole epoch of redemption, which encompasses an infinitely long period of time.... (5.8.1947) And his speech was designed in such a way that it could be applied to the present, the past and the future. It illuminated both the time from the beginning to the end of a redemptive epoch as well as the time before and the time still to come, which was clearly and surely foreseen by a spiritual visionary, as Moses was, even if the human being as such does not know about future things. To the visionary, however, everything is revealed, and his actions are accordingly. Moses therefore gave humanity a light, he was in fullest unison with God's will, and therefore he was also able to express what urged him to speak: God now wanted to make known to people the order of earthly creation, whereby it must be considered, however, that an infinitely long time was needed for this and this time must be related to both spiritual and earthly development. The spiritual development always concerns the creatural in the embodiment as a human being last. Consequently, the upward development as a human being must also be comparable with the slow development of earthly creation, and since the former takes place in divine order, it must resemble the course of development of the earthly material world, which also took its course in God-ordained order. Only the spiritually striving human being understands the connection and can realise this, and he also understands the spiritual meaning of Moses' words. However, a more comprehensible explanation cannot be given as long as the parallel of spiritual and material upward development is not sought. To explain the development of the material creation to people was truly not important, and the knowledge of it does not enrich the human being. Nevertheless, its beginning was in accordance with the spiritual state of the creatural.... Everything that followed resulted from the preceding. But it can by no means be denied that God constantly gives men indications of their destiny, of their purpose in life.... the higher development of the soul. Through Moses the same thing happened in the same way that people's attention was drawn to the origin of the earthly creation, always in view of the spiritual aim. And in the same way the man Jesus explained the words of Moses, driven by the spirit in Himself, and the spiritual development of the human being was of greater importance to Him, so that He explained everything in view of it in order to induce people to attach less importance to the actual creation of the world than to the spiritual correspondence, the parallel, which every earthly event has to show and which has to be paid far more attention to if the human being wants to achieve success for his soul.... Many other explanations can be offered, and it is also the case that the recipients of spiritual announcements receive different interpretations of them through the work of the spirit. But then a discussion is necessary from time to time, and where the same views, the same explanations are to be found, there it is also possible to speak of sure working of the spirit, for all explanations must agree with each other and ultimately always concern the spiritual man's upward development, albeit in an easier or more difficult to grasp representation. Where the spirit of God itself can work, understanding is also guaranteed....

Criação do mundo.... Moses.... Língua figurativa....

Não vos deixeis levar a qualquer julgamento enquanto não fordes ainda de espírito plenamente desperto. Há tanta coisa infinitamente que sobrecarregaria o seu intelecto se o processasse, mas que é, no entanto, sabedoria divina, portanto um conhecimento que corresponde completamente à verdade. O ser humano, na sua inadequação, não pode captar uma partícula dela, nem pode receber luz sobre ela mesmo através da actividade intelectual mais aguçada, mas deve desejar e receber esclarecimento sobre ela de uma forma espiritual..... Deve deixar que Deus lhe fale directamente ou sob a forma de pensamentos que surgem nele após uma oração sincera por esclarecimento. O que é totalmente compreensível para uma pessoa pode ser um conhecimento mais sombrio do que a noite mais profunda para outra, e assim a última rejeitará o que a primeira reconhece e aceita como pura verdade. Mas um debate sobre o assunto pode também dar esclarecimento a este último, se ele o exigir. Da mesma forma, Deus também pode distribuir a verdade sob a forma de instruções através de semelhantes, se Ele pode expressar-se através de um órgão ou ditar-lhe na caneta o que é necessário saber:.... Há várias explicações do texto bíblico da criação do mundo, e cada uma pode ser verdade se tiver origem naquele que é a própria Verdade eterna. E, portanto, depende do grau de maturidade da pessoa que está a ser ensinada qual a explicação de que necessita. Ele pode olhar para os dias da criação como quiser, pode querer reconhecer uma ligação puramente espiritual e ser instruído em conformidade.... Mas também pode considerar-se a si próprio como o centro de toda a criação material e, consequentemente, interpretar os ditos tradicionais de Moisés ou pô-los de lado como incompreensíveis para ele até nova ordem, ou seja, até que a sua maturidade de conhecimento seja aumentada por um modo de vida de acordo com a vontade divina. Ele nunca alcançará a compreensão completa na terra, pois a sabedoria divina é inesgotável, insondável, até que o ser humano seja perfeito, embora Deus ilumine o ser humano e lhe possa transmitir um conhecimento extensivo através do Seu espírito. A criação do mundo não pode ser clara para as pessoas de outra forma que não seja através de imagens. O povo da época de Moisés conhecia as imagens, de modo que não só compreendia o terreno, ou seja, o desenvolvimento material da terra por baixo, mas também era capaz de compreender a ligação espiritual, se desejasse vivê-la. As palavras de Moisés não são dadas superficialmente, pelo que também não podem ser entendidas de acordo com a sua redacção, mas o próprio Deus falou a Moisés, e de facto para toda a humanidade de toda uma época de redenção, que abrange um período de tempo infinitamente longo.... (5.8.1947) E o seu discurso foi proferido de modo a poder ser aplicado ao presente, ao passado e ao futuro. Iluminou tanto o tempo desde o início até ao fim de uma época redentora como o tempo passado e o tempo ainda por vir, o que foi clara e seguramente previsto por uma pessoa espiritualmente observadora, como Moisés, mesmo que o ser humano enquanto tal não saiba das coisas futuras. Ao observador espiritual, porém, tudo é revelado, e as suas acções são em conformidade. Moisés, portanto, deu uma luz à humanidade, estava em plena harmonia com a vontade de Deus, e por isso também foi capaz de expressar o que o incitava a falar: Deus queria agora dar a conhecer às pessoas a ordem da criação terrena, pelo que se deve considerar, no entanto, que para isso era necessário um tempo infinitamente longo e que este tempo deve estar relacionado tanto com o desenvolvimento espiritual como com o terreno. O desenvolvimento espiritual diz sempre respeito à vontade de encarnação do ser humano como último. Consequentemente, o desenvolvimento ascendente como ser humano deve também ser comparado com o lento desenvolvimento da criação terrena, e uma vez que o primeiro tem lugar na ordem divina, deve assemelhar-se ao curso do desenvolvimento do mundo material terrestre, que também seguiu o seu curso na ordem ordenada por Deus. Apenas o ser humano espiritualmente esforçado compreende a ligação e pode fazer esta afirmação, e também compreende o significado espiritual das palavras de Moisés. No entanto, uma explicação mais compreensível não pode ser dada enquanto não se procurar o paralelo do desenvolvimento espiritual e material ascendente. Explicar às pessoas o desenvolvimento da criação material não foi verdadeiramente importante, e o conhecimento da mesma não enriquece o ser humano. No entanto, o seu início estava de acordo com o estado espiritual da beingness.... Tudo o que se seguiu resultou do que já tinha acontecido antes. Mas não se pode de forma alguma negar que Deus dá constantemente aos homens indicações do seu destino, do seu propósito na vida.... o maior desenvolvimento da alma. Através de Moisés, a mesma coisa aconteceu da mesma forma que se chamou a atenção das pessoas para a origem da criação terrena, sempre com vista ao objectivo espiritual. E da mesma forma o homem Jesus explicou as palavras de Moisés, impulsionado pelo espírito em si mesmo, e o desenvolvimento espiritual do ser humano foi de maior importância para Ele, de modo que Ele explicou tudo com vista a isso para induzir as pessoas a dar menos importância à criação real do mundo do que à correspondência espiritual, o paralelo, que cada acontecimento terreno tem de mostrar e ao qual tem de ser dada muito mais atenção se o ser humano quiser alcançar o sucesso para a sua alma.... Muitas outras explicações podem ser oferecidas, e é também o caso que os destinatários de anúncios espirituais recebem diferentes interpretações dos mesmos através do trabalho espiritual. Mas depois é necessária uma discussão de vez em quando, e quando se encontram os mesmos pontos de vista, as mesmas explicações, aí também é possível falar de certo trabalho espiritual, pois cada explicação deve concordar com a outra e, em última análise, dizer sempre respeito ao desenvolvimento ascendente do homem espiritual, embora numa representação mais fácil ou mais difícil de apreender. Onde o próprio espírito de Deus pode funcionar, a compreensão também é garantida...._>Ámen
