Opposing a strong will to the adversary of God....

Only a strong will is able to assert itself when it is necessary to carry out a mission for the kingdom of God and is opposed from all sides. Then the weak person will slacken in his activity, whereas a strong will does not let itself be deterred and pursues and achieves its aim straightforwardly. Every activity for the kingdom of God will incur the opposition of God's adversary, and his endeavour will constantly be to prevent the activity for God or make it impossible. And thus a servant of God will constantly be confronted by opponents amongst his fellow human beings who try to convince him of the uselessness of his work for the kingdom of God in order to stifle the impulse for eager activity in him. These are the people who are strongly influenced by God's adversary and listen to his mental whisperings. But God's adversary is an enemy of truth, and therefore he will always fight the truth, he will ensure that God's servants are constantly harassed by fellow human beings, that they portray spiritual work as unimportant and also cast doubts into the hearts of those representatives of divine teaching. He will be at work wherever there is the possibility of winning souls for the kingdom of God, and only where the servant of God has a strong will to oppose him, where he does not allow himself to be distracted by opposition of any kind, that is where success will also be recorded. Then he will not let up, and his bond with God will also strengthen his will to work for Him. God's adversary works with cunning and force, and where he does not achieve anything with God's representative due to doubts he tries to prevent people from accepting the divine word, he tries to steer them into a different channel so that they ignore the precious gift or turn away from Him. But he constantly scatters weeds among the divine seeds, he tries to undermine and suppress the truth through false teachings. And again, the servant of God must offer him resistance by virtue of his will, he must use his spiritual knowledge and refute every objection if it is possible for him. He must not grow weary but keep the great spiritual adversity in mind which has moved God to obviously come to people's aid and now be a faithful servant to Him who eagerly works for his lord in order to fulfil His will. For the adversity is great, and a good labourer in the vineyard of the lord can accomplish much work, and he will also become victorious over the enemy of souls if only he appeals to God for strong will and for help in his own spiritual adversity....

Oposição a uma forte vontade ao adversário de Deus....

Só uma vontade forte é capaz de se afirmar quando é necessário levar a cabo uma missão para o reino de Deus e se opõe de todos os lados. Então a pessoa fraca afrouxará na sua actividade, enquanto que uma vontade forte não se deixa dissuadir e persegue e atinge o seu objectivo de forma simples. Cada actividade para o reino de Deus incorrerá na oposição do adversário de Deus, e o seu esforço será constantemente para impedir a actividade para Deus ou torná-la impossível. E assim um servo de Deus será constantemente confrontado por opositores entre os seus semelhantes que tentam convencê-lo da inutilidade do seu trabalho para o reino de Deus, a fim de abafar o impulso para uma actividade ávida nele. Estas são as pessoas que são fortemente influenciadas pelo adversário de Deus e ouvem os seus sussurros mentais. Mas o adversário de Deus é um inimigo da verdade, e por isso lutará sempre contra a verdade, assegurará que os servos de Deus sejam constantemente assediados pelos seus semelhantes, que retratam o trabalho espiritual como sem importância e também lançam dúvidas nos corações dos representantes do ensino divino. Ele estará a trabalhar onde houver a possibilidade de ganhar almas para o reino de Deus, e apenas onde o servo de Deus tiver uma forte vontade de se lhe opor, onde não se deixar distrair por qualquer tipo de oposição, ou seja, onde o sucesso também será registado. Então ele não desistirá, e a sua ligação com Deus também reforçará a sua vontade de trabalhar para Ele. O adversário de Deus trabalha com astúcia e força, e onde não consegue nada com o representante de Deus devido a dúvidas ele tenta impedir as pessoas de aceitarem a Palavra divina, ele tenta conduzi-las para um canal diferente para que ignorem o dom precioso ou se afastem Dele. Mas ele espalha constantemente ervas daninhas entre as sementes divinas, ele tenta minar e suprimir a verdade através de ensinamentos falsos. E uma vez mais, o servo de Deus deve oferecer-lhe resistência em virtude da sua vontade, deve usar o seu conhecimento espiritual e refutar qualquer objecção, se tal lhe for possível. Ele não deve cansar-se, mas ter em mente a grande adversidade espiritual que moveu Deus para obviamente vir em auxílio do povo e agora ser um servo fiel a Ele que trabalha avidamente para o seu Senhor, a fim de cumprir a Sua vontade. Pois a adversidade é grande, e um bom trabalhador na vinha do Senhor pode realizar muito trabalho, e também se tornará vitorioso sobre o inimigo das almas se apenas apelar a Deus por vontade forte e por ajuda na sua própria adversidade espiritual...._>Ámen
