Origin of thought....

You receive your knowledge from the spiritual kingdom.... If you understand this idea you also have faith and therefore accept a mental concept which is not of this world, which would either have to come from the kingdom of infinity or it originated in yourselves, if the former is not acceptable to you. And thus I want to explain to you how your own thoughts relate to the spiritual kingdom....

Without knowledge you will find it difficult to give an inherent thought the right direction, i.e. truthfully answer a question you raise yourself. You could certainly answer it yourselves, but without any guarantee of truth. And now I ask you where the thoughts which are passing through your brain come from in proportion to your understanding.... Furthermore, I ask you who gave you the gift of thought and what, in principle, is a thought.... You can certainly reply that it is a physical function, an inherent human characteristic that need not have been given to the human being.... Nevertheless, thinking in itself is something tremendous when you take a closer look at the process. It takes place without any observable activity, it is not evident to any other person nor does it leave any noticeable consequences or results. It is a process which can take place anywhere and at any time without the means to be scrutinised by other people. Thus it could already be considered a spiritual process, in contrast to every other activity for which the human being requires his body in some form or other.

Whatever the human being does, he will use a bodily organ to perform the function designated for this part of the body. And it will also always be noticeable. However, this does not apply to the human being’s mind. This can work while the body is completely at rest, although the human being considers the seat of intelligence, the brain, as the organ which also exercises its function. But its function merely consists of receiving thought emanations when it is touched by them. But where is the origin of thought to be found, especially when it does not concern worldly-perceptible but spiritual things, which cannot be grasped by the human being’s senses. The human being occasionally experiences thoughts in a flash although he had previously not intellectually concerned himself with them. And every answer to a self-posed question is also a suddenly emerging thought, which thus has to come from a reservoir, if the person believes that a thought originates in himself. This reservoir has to be somewhere within himself from which he draws the mental concepts during his intellectual activity. Consequently, one should also be able to empty and refill this thought container, if it is to be found inside the human being.

Or it has to be recognised as being external to the human body, it has to be looked for in the spiritual kingdom, which transmits every thought into the human heart in order to be deliberately grasped from there and processed by the thinking organs. The human being’s will to make use of the emanations touching him can fluctuate, and in proportion to this is the person’s outwardly recognisable ability to explain things and be deemed knowledgeable.... Whether and when the person accepts emanations which correspond to the truth will require further instruction, but that he receives these emanations from the spiritual kingdom is a fact and can, after some consideration, also become a conviction. Because something that is not physically perceptible cannot be created by human will, rather it exists as something that has always existed. It has its origin in the spiritual realm, just as all spiritual substances are emanations of God’s strength, which is accessible to the human being in proportion to his will. But thought is, in fact, the evidence that the human being is a carrier of spiritual essence and who, as an earthly constrained being, is able to make mental contact with the spiritual kingdom. He can lift himself in thought into this realm, he can detach himself from earth and mentally reside in spiritual spheres.... And if he believes that such a stay in the spiritual kingdom is a figment of his own imagination, it should be explained that the human being cannot think of or imagine anything that does not exist.... that everything he imagines also exists somewhere, and the thoughts are more or less a reflection of what the person is trying to ascertain by virtue of his will. Only, the images can be offered to him in a distorted way, but this is also caused by his will. However, the human brain is never the origin of thought, it is merely the device which has to receive mental concepts touching it from the spiritual realm if they are to become perceptible to the person. It is beyond doubt, even for the unbelieving person, that he has to receive wisdom first, that he cannot bring it forth from himself unless it is in him....

But this requires a stronger faith, because then he also has to acknowledge the Divinity in himself which rests dormant in him and which can also truthfully instruct him from within.... However, in that case he will receive the same explanation, because then he is in direct contact with the spiritual realm, with Me, with the eternal Father-Spirit, Who will instruct him Himself.... and then he will know that all mental concepts are an emanation from Me and that he will receive the absolute truth as soon as he has made contact with Me, the Provider of truth....

L'origine des pensées

Vous recevez votre connaissance du Royaume spirituel. Si vous admettez cette pensée, vous êtes aussi dans la foi et alors vous accueillez un patrimoine mental qui n'a aucune origine terrestre, et qui donc doit provenir du Royaume de l'Infini ou bien être né de vous-même si vous ne voulez pas reconnaître le premier. Et ainsi Je veux vous donner une explication sur la relation entre vos propres pensées et le Royaume spirituel. Il sera difficile pour vous de donner à une pensée en vous la juste direction, c'est-à-dire de répondre selon la vérité à une question soulevée par vous-mêmes, s'il vous manque toute connaissance. Vous pouvez certes vous donner une réponse issue de là où vous prenez les pensées, qui selon vous et selon votre interprétation passent à travers votre cerveau. Mais Je vous demande : Qui vous a donné le don de penser et qu’est-ce qu'est en soi la pensée. Vous pouvez certes donner à cela la réponse : c’est une fonction corporelle, qui est dans l'homme, sans qu’il ait été nécessaire de la lui donner. Penser est en soi quelque chose de superbe si vous observez de plus près ce processus qui se déroule sans activité perceptible, qui n'est visible par aucun autre homme et qui ne laisse même pas de conséquences ou d’effets perceptibles. C’est un processus qui peut avoir lieu partout et à tout instant, sans pouvoir être contrôlé de l'extérieur. Donc c’est déjà un processus qui est à déclarer spirituel, en contraste avec chaque autre action de l'homme, pour lequel il a besoin de son corps de quelque façon. Quoi que l'homme fasse, il utilise un organe de son corps pour l'exercice de la fonction assignée à cette partie du corps. Et cela pourra aussi toujours être reconnaissable. Mais ce n’est pas le cas pour la pensée de l'homme. Celle-ci peut avoir lieu dans le plus grand calme du corps, bien que l'homme considère le siège de l'esprit, le cerveau, comme un organe qui exerce aussi sa fonction. Mais celle-ci consiste simplement dans le fait d'accueillir des rayonnements mentaux, quand il est touché par ceux-ci. Mais où faut-il chercher l'origine des pensées, en particulier quand il ne s'agit pas de choses perceptibles du point de vue terrestre, mais de choses spirituelles qui ne peuvent pas être saisies par les sens de l'homme ? Parfois il apparait fugacement des pensées dans l'homme, sans que celui-ci s'en soit occupé auparavant intellectuellement. De même chaque réponse à une question posée est une pure pensée qui paraît tout à coup, qui donc doit provenir d'une Réserve si l'homme croit que la pensée naît de lui-même. Cette Réserve doit être quelque part en lui, où l’activité vivante de l'esprit accueille le patrimoine mental. Et ce conteneur de pensées devrait donc se vider ou bien de nouveau pouvoir être rempli s'il doit être cherché à l'intérieur de l'homme, ou bien il doit être reconnu comme se trouvant à l'extérieur du corps humain, et être cherché dans le Royaume spirituel, d'où est rayonné chaque pensée dans le cœur de l'homme, pour être saisie et élaborée par la volonté de l'organe pensant de l'homme. La volonté de l'homme peut être plus forte ou plus faible quant à l’emploi des rayonnements qui la touchent, et par conséquent la faculté d'un homme d'expliquer des choses et avec cela de valoir comme savant est reconnaissable de l'extérieur. Si et quand l'homme accueille la Vérité au travers des rayonnements, demande des enseignements complémentaires, et s'il accueille ces rayonnements du Royaume spirituel, ils sont consolidés et avec un peu de réflexion ils peuvent même devenir conviction. Parce que rien n’est perceptible corporellement et tout se lève à travers la volonté humaine, mais tout est comme cela a toujours été, et a son origine dans le Royaume spirituel, or tout le spirituel est Rayonnement de la Force divine qui est accessible à l'homme selon sa volonté. Mais la pensée est justement la preuve que l'homme est porteur de spirituel et qu’en tant qu’être terrestre lié il peut établir la liaison par la pensée avec le Royaume spirituel. En pensées il peut s’élever dans ce Royaume, il peut se détacher de la Terre et demeurer mentalement dans les régions spirituelles. Et s'il croit que demeurer dans le Royaume spirituel est une formation de sa fantaisie, alors il devrait expliquer que l'homme ne peut pas penser ou s'imaginer ce qui n'existe pas, que tout ce que l'homme s’imagine, existe quelque part et les pensées sont d’une certaine manière le reflet de ce que l'homme, grâce à sa volonté, cherche à sonder. Seulement, les images peuvent lui être offertes déformées, chose qui cependant est provoquée de nouveau par sa volonté. Mais l'origine de la pensée n'est jamais le cerveau de l'homme, car celui-ci est seulement l'appareil qui doit accueillir le patrimoine mental qui le touche depuis le Royaume spirituel s'il doit devenir perceptible par l'homme. Parce qu’il doit être indubitable pour l'homme non croyant, que lui-même doit d'abord recevoir la sagesse, car lui-même ne peut pas la mettre au monde, à moins qu'elle soit en lui. Mais cela demande une foi très forte, parce qu'alors il doit aussi reconnaître en soi la divinité qui somnole en lui comme une étincelle spirituelle et qu'elle peut l'instruire de l’intérieur selon la Vérité. Mais alors la même explication est offerte, parce qu'alors il se trouve en liaison directe avec le Royaume spirituel, avec Moi, avec l'Esprit du Père de l'Éternité, et c’est Lui-Même qui l'instruit. Alors il sait aussi que tout patrimoine mental est Mon Rayonnement et qu'il se trouve dans la très pleine Vérité dès qu'il est entré en contact avec Moi, Qui suis le Donateur de la Vérité.
