Surrender to God.... submission of the will....

The more devotedly you submit yourselves to God's will the clearer you will also recognize His will, for He places the knowledge of it into your heart. Whatever you want, whatever you feel impelled to do, is also His will, and therefore your life will now also be peaceful because you no longer doubt or hesitate to do something but confidently tackle everything, for God's will is active in you and this will always express itself in serenity and certainty. Devotion to God is therefore a prerequisite for a peaceful way of life, for an earthly life which is lived in mental balance, in contentment and happy tranquillity, for then God will direct this life, He will guide the human being and He will reward devotion to Him with His caring love which will always surround the earthly child. Anyone who has sacrificed his will to God also accepts everything as God's mission, he does not rebel because he is firmly convinced that it is good the way God determines it, because he is of the same will and no longer resists divine will. And this concordance of his will with divine will is already strength-giving on earth, for the human being consciously opens himself to His emanation of love, which will always make him happy when the human being gives himself to God in prayer. Then God Himself can work in the human being, His will can drive the human being's will to spiritual work. And everything the human being does is God's working in the human being, Who can therefore become effective in him because the human will no longer opposes Him. And then the human being is relieved of all responsibility, he has to be good, he has to develop himself upwards, he has to be able to record spiritual successes, also towards his fellow human beings, because all his wanting, thinking and acting corresponds to God's will, because he has given his will to Him out of inner impulse and uninfluenced. Then the human being on earth has already reached his aim.... he has submitted himself to God and completely relinquished his former resistance, he does not take a step alone but always with God, Who now ushers him into His eternal kingdom....

Hingabe an Gott.... Unterstellen des Willens....

Je hingebender ihr euch dem Willen Gottes einfügt, desto klarer werdet ihr auch Seinen Willen erkennen, denn Er legt euch das Wissen darum ins Herz. Was ihr also nun wollet, wozu es euch drängt, das ist auch Sein Wille, und darum wird euer Leben nun auch friedvoll sein, weil ihr nicht mehr zweifelt oder zögert, etwas auszuführen, sondern selbstsicher alles in Angriff nehmet, denn der Wille Gottes ist in euch tätig, und dies wird sich stets äußern in Abgeklärtheit und Sicherheit. Die Hingabe an Gott ist also Vorbedingung für einen friedlichen Lebenswandel, für ein Erdenleben, das im seelischen Gleichgewicht, in Zufriedenheit und fröhlicher Ruhe zurückgelegt wird, denn dann richtet Gott dieses Leben, Er führt den Menschen, und Er lohnet die Hingabe an Ihn mit Seiner fürsorglichen Liebe, die das Erdenkind nun immer umgibt. Wer seinen Willen Gott aufgeopfert hat, der nimmt alles auch als Sendung Gottes entgegen, er lehnt sich nicht auf, denn in ihm ist die feste Überzeugung, daß es gut ist so, wie es Gott bestimmt, weil er ja gleichen Willens ist und dem göttlichen Willen nicht mehr widerstrebt. Und diese Übereinstimmung seines Willens mit dem göttlichen Willen ist auf Erden schon kraftspendend, denn es öffnet sich der Mensch bewußt Seiner Liebeausstrahlung, die immer dann ihn beglücken wird, wenn der Mensch sich Gott hingibt im Gebet. Dann kann Gott Selbst in dem Menschen wirken, Sein Wille kann den Willen des Menschen antreiben zu geistiger Arbeit. Und alles, was der Mensch nun tut, ist Wirken Gottes im Menschen, Der darum wirksam werden kann in ihm, weil der menschliche Wille Ihm kein Hindernis mehr entgegensetzt. Und dann ist der Mensch jeder Verantwortung enthoben, er muß gut sein, er muß sich zur Höhe entwickeln, er muß geistige Erfolge verzeichnen können, auch dem Mitmenschen gegenüber, denn all sein Wollen, Denken und Handeln entspricht dem Willen Gottes, weil er Ihm seinen Willen hingegeben hat aus innerem Antrieb und unbeeinflußt. Dann hat der Mensch auf Erden schon sein Ziel erreicht.... er hat sich Gott unterstellt und seinen einstigen Widerstand völlig aufgegeben, er geht keinen Schritt allein, sondern immer mit Gott, Der ihn nun einführet in Sein ewiges Reich....
