Suffering and tribulations through divine intervention....

For many people the suffering and tribulations only begin with the divine intervention, for they had previously remained untouched by it and ignored all admonitions. The adversity of their fellow human beings did not bring about a change in their thinking and therefore they themselves must now suffer hardship which is, as it were, the last resort for their salvation.... And that is why those countries will now be affected which have so far been spared severe suffering and yet are not blameless for the world events which have brought unspeakable suffering upon people. Many people pass by the hardship of their fellow human beings harshly and unfeelingly and it is these who have to endure the suffering themselves, which their will approved of when it came upon their fellow human beings because they saw their enemy in the latter. And what people inflict on their fellow human beings now falls back on them a thousand fold.... And they now have to atone in this way, except that human will cannot put an end to the misery, for it is not human powers which now express themselves but divine will itself is at work and hits people at their most vulnerable point.... He takes all possessions from people, He makes them poor and weak and completely dependent on His grace. And in this adversity people should learn to recognize that they are unable to do anything by their own strength, they should learn to understand that God is just and that He sensitively punishes people who have transgressed against Him and His commandments, but that He also protects those who are closely connected to Him even though they are surrounded by people who no longer care much about God. And many will still come to their senses and compare their own fate with that of those people whose downfall was destined by human beings. What God is now sending upon people is so powerful and sorrowful that every thinking person would have to recognize a higher will in it and reflect on himself. But again he will only think of himself; he will not see the general misery but only look at himself and his fate. And so charity will be practiced little, everyone will only strive to improve his own lot and again he will pass by the misery of his fellow human being.... And God, Who knows everyone's will, therefore sends such great suffering upon people in order to change this will, to make them soft and compassionate and to let them seek refuge in Him, Who alone can turn their fate around for the better.

Sofrimento e tribulações através da intervenção divina....

Para muitas pessoas, o sofrimento e as tribulações só começam com a intervenção divina, pois elas permaneceram intocadas por ela antes e ignoraram todas as admoestações. A adversidade dos seus semelhantes não trouxe uma mudança no seu pensamento e, portanto, uma adversidade deve agora vir sobre eles que é, por assim dizer, o último meio da sua salvação..... E é por isso que os países que até agora foram poupados a um grande sofrimento e que, no entanto, não são irrepreensíveis nos acontecimentos mundiais que trouxeram um sofrimento indescritível às populações. Muitas pessoas passam pelas dificuldades de seus semelhantes com dureza e sem sentir, e são elas mesmas que têm de passar pelo sofrimento, que a sua vontade aprovou quando este veio sobre os seus semelhantes, porque viram o seu inimigo nestes últimos. E o que as pessoas infligem aos seus semelhantes agora recai sobre eles milhares de vezes.... E agora eles têm de expiar desta forma, excepto que a vontade humana não pode pôr fim à miséria, pois não são os poderes humanos que agora se expressam, mas a própria vontade divina está em acção e afecta as pessoas no seu ponto mais vulnerável.... Ele priva as pessoas de todos os bens, Ele as torna pobres e fracas e completamente dependentes da Sua graça. E nessa adversidade o ser humano aprenderá a reconhecer que é incapaz de fazer algo de sua própria força, aprenderá a compreender que Deus é justo e que pune sensivelmente as pessoas que transgrediram contra Ele e Seus mandamentos, mas que também protege aqueles que estão intimamente unidos a Ele, apesar de estarem cercados por pessoas para as quais Deus já não significa muito. E muitos ainda vão cair em si e comparar o seu próprio destino com o daquelas pessoas cuja queda foi determinada pela sua parte. O que Deus agora envia sobre as pessoas é tão poderoso e triste que toda pessoa que pensa teria que reconhecer uma vontade superior nela e ir dentro de si mesma. Mas novamente ele só vai pensar em si mesmo; ele não vai ver a miséria geral, mas apenas olhar para si mesmo e para a sua sorte. E assim o amor de vizinhança será pouco praticado, cada um só se esforçará para melhorar o seu próprio destino, e mais uma vez ele passará pelas dificuldades do seu semelhante.... E Deus, que conhece toda a vontade, por isso envia tão grande sofrimento sobre as pessoas a fim de mudar essa vontade, a fim de torná-las suaves e compassivas e deixá-las procurar refúgio com Ele, que só Ele pode mudar o seu destino para melhor novamente._>Amém
