God's will and God's permission....

The will of man struggles in vain against the divine will. It is certainly free, i.e., it can want, but not always carry out what it wants. And consequently he will never be able to accomplish anything by virtue of his will if God's will is directed against it. For everything has to submit to His will, His will governs heaven and earth and His will can never be trumped by human will. Yet in most cases God does not oppose human will with His will, nor does He prevent the human being from carrying out his own will, in which case he can let his will come into effect, but for which he then also has to take responsibility. What God Himself wants is extremely wise and therefore always good. What man wants can certainly be permitted by God, but need not therefore always be good. And that is why a difference must be made between God's will and God's permission, for what God allows is always based on the will of man and very often lacks wisdom and also love. Thus, in a sense, God gives His approval to a flawed plan; to a plan whose guiding principle is neither to be found in love nor in wisdom and which must therefore contradict divine will. God tolerates it, but He never approves of it. However, if He were to oppose it with His own will, then the human being's free will could never come into effect and therefore also not be recognized; on the other hand, however, the human being could never be called to account because then he could never carry out something that is bad and he would have to carry out the good under a certain compulsion as he would be prevented by God from doing the opposite. And this is why the greatest chaos can exist on earth, divine will will not take action against it as long as human will itself creates this chaos, for God's purpose through His forbearance is that the human being himself comes to realize and changes his will, that he subordinates himself to divine will and returns to divine order of his own accord, i.e. that he stands in God-like will and acts accordingly. Only when a person's will becomes more and more reversed, when he distances himself further and further from the divine order, does God set His will against it.... Then man's will is powerless and cannot rise up against God's will.... then he cannot carry out what he wants and yet he has to answer for the wrong will because it is free. The strength to carry it out always comes to him from the side to which his will is turned. God supports him if his will is good, but God's adversary gives him his power and strength if the human will declares itself willing to work for him by being willing to accomplish things that run counter to divine will and divine order. However, God allows His will to become action when the human will fails completely and this poses a danger to the whole of humanity.... Then the will of God visibly comes into action and man's will is unable to oppose the divine will, for this alone reigns in heaven and on earth....

La Volontà di Dio e la Concessione di Dio

Contro la Volontà di Dio la volontà dell’uomo combatte invano. Questa è bensì libera cioè, egli può volere, ma non sempre eseguire ciò che vuole. E di conseguenza non potrà mai compiere qualcosa grazie alla sua volontà, se la Volontà di Dio è orientata al contrario e questo perché tutto si deve adeguare alla Sua Volontà; la Sua Volontà regna in Cielo e sulla Terra, e la Sua Volontà non potrà mai essere superata dalla volontà umana. Ma Dio non impone quasi mai la Sua Volontà contro la volontà umana, Egli non ostacola nemmeno l’uomo di portare all’esecuzione la sua volontà, allora può far valere la sua volontà di cui però deve anche poi rispondere. Quello che Dio Stesso vuole è oltremodo saggio e perciò anche sempre buono. Quello che l’uomo vuole, può essere concesso da Dio, ma per questo non è necessariamente sempre buono. E perciò dev’essere fatta una differenza fra la Volontà di Dio e la Concessione di Dio, perché ciò che Dio concede, ha sempre per motivo la volontà dell’uomo ed è sovente privo di sapienza ed anche privo d’amore. Quindi Dio da in certo qual modo il Suo Assenso per una intenzione imperfetta; per un’intenzione, il cui leitmotiv non è da cercare né nell’amore né nella sapienza e che perciò deve contraddire la Volontà divina. Dio tollera, ma non lo approva mai e poi mai. Ma se Egli vi opponesse la Sua propria Volontà, allora la libera volontà dell’uomo non potrebbe mai farsi valere, quindi non potrebbe nemmeno mai essere riconosciuta; d’altra parte però l’uomo non potrebbe mai essere reso responsabile, perché allora non potrebbe mai eseguire qualcosa che è male, e dovrebbe svolgere il bene in una certa costrizione, dato che verrebbe ostacolato da Dio per il contrario. E perciò sulla Terra può esserci il più grande caos, la Volontà divina non ne procederà contro, finché la volontà umana stessa crea questo caos, perché Dio vuole tramite la Sua Tolleranza che l’uomo stesso giunga alla conoscenza e cambi la sua volontà, che si sottometta alla Volontà divina e ritorni da sé all’Ordine divino, cioè che stia nella stessa Volontà di Dio ed agisca così. Soltanto quando la volontà dell’uomo diventa sempre più sbagliata, quando si allontana sempre di più dall’Ordine divino, allora Dio vi oppone la Sua Volontà. Allora la volontà dell’uomo è impotente e non può farcela contro la Volontà di Dio, allora non può eseguire ciò che vuole, e ciononostante deve rispondere per la volontà invertita (anche solo nell’intenzione), perché questa volontà è libera. La forza per l’esecuzione gli giunge sempre dalla parte a cui si rivolge la volontà. Dio lo sostiene, quando la sua volontà è buona, ma l’avversario di Dio gli fornisce il suo potere e la sua forza, quando la volontà dell’uomo si dichiara pronta di agire per lui, essendo volonteroso a compiere delle cose, che vanno contro la Volontà divina e l’Ordine divino. Ma Dio lascia venire all’Azione la Sua Volontà, quando la volontà umana fallisce totalmente e questo significa un pericolo per l’intera umanità. Allora la Volontà di Dio entra visibilmente in Azione, e la volontà dell’uomo non può nulla per opporsi alla Volontà divina, perché questa soltanto regna nel Cielo e sulla Terra.
