Acquiring graces in the afterlife.... activity in spheres of light....

The time of earthly life rich in grace comes to an end with the human being's death, for then his soul returns to the spiritual kingdom and is either richly blessed with spiritual possessions or poor and meagre, depending on whether it has utilized the blessings which were at its disposal during earthly life. As soon as earthly life is over the supply of grace ceases insofar as that the being now has to struggle for it itself, that it therefore only acquires new favours through its right attitude towards God.... that it is therefore granted divine grace, i.e. with His help, if it professes God, thus acquires His emanation of love through the will to work with love. This is a favour in the truest sense of the word, since the test of earthly life should actually bring final perfection to the human being and now God, out of greater than great love, will not deny the being His help in the beyond either, in such a way that He grants the being an insight into the suffering of other souls and thereby wants to cause the former to help these suffering souls. Through this will to help it acquires God's grace again, which God hands out unmeasured in order to save the souls from darkest adversity. And the soul thanks its creator when it has become knowledgeable, i.e. when it can receive God's emanation of love, for then it is full of bliss and praises and glorifies God uninterruptedly.... (16.8.1942) The spheres of light are now accessible to this soul, they are its constant environment. It no longer has to fear a decline, it can only enter ever brighter spheres of light, but no shadow will ever cloud its bliss.... And now its otherworldly activity begins, which brings it supreme satisfaction, for it only carries out what deepest love impels it to do, and therefore its present activity is blissful. A loving soul is only anxious to give happiness, thus to hand out what makes it happy itself, and since it has gone through the state of lightlessness itself and felt the agonizing lack of freedom, it wants to help the souls in its love who have to endure the same fate. For now it also knows that it thereby fulfils God's will; it feels as if it is permeated by the divine will and carries it out without resistance. And yet it does not curtail the freedom of will of the souls it wants to lead upwards. Hence its work is laborious and requires utmost patience, yet its love will not let it tire, and the effort will also be rewarded, for it feels utmost bliss when the soul listens to its whisperings and begins to detach itself from the world. This work on the souls in the beyond and on earth is redeeming activity, the significance of which the human being on earth only rarely realizes, for only the knowledge of eternal bliss makes the necessity of such activity understandable. But as soon as the soul in the beyond is in the realm of the divine emanation of love, it also knows about its task and its importance, and it now fulfils it with a devotion that is only based on its love. love and beatitude are inseparable, the soul has to prepare beatitude with love because it constantly receives beatitude, and it has to help the still bound souls to remove all obstacles which prevent access to beatitude.... The soul must pass on the knowledge through which the unfree souls also attain freedom and can now likewise enter spheres of light, eternal bliss....

Conquistare le Grazie nell’aldilà - L’attività nelle sfere di Luce

Il tempo di Grazia della vita terrena trova la sua conclusione con la morte dell’uomo, perché ora la sua anima ritorna nel Regno spirituale ed è riccamente benedetta con dei beni spirituali oppure povera e bisognosa, secondo le Grazie che ha utilizzato, che le stavano a disposizione nella vita terrena. Appena ha terminata la vita terrena, l’apporto di Grazie viene a cessare in quanto l’essere stesso ora deve lottare per queste, che quindi soltanto tramite la sua giusta predisposizione verso Dio si deve nuovamente conquistare le Grazie, viene quindi provveduto con la Grazia divina, cioè con il Suo Aiuto, se si dichiara per Dio, quindi si conquista la Sua Irradiazione d’Amore mediante la volontà per l’agire nell’amore. Questa è Grazia nel verso senso della Parola, dato che veramente la prova della vita terrena doveva portare all’uomo l’ultimo perfezionamento ed ora Dio per il Suo ultragrande Amore, non nega all’essere nemmeno nell’aldilà il Suo Aiuto, e questo in un modo che concede all’essere uno sguardo nelle sofferenze di altre anime e con ciò vuole indurre quest’anima ad assistere le anime sofferenti. Tramite questa volontà di prestazione d’aiuto si conquista di nuovo la Grazia di Dio, che Egli diffonde smisuratamente per salvare le anime dalla miseria più oscura. E l’anima ringrazia il suo Creatore quando è diventata sapiente, cioè quando può ricevere l’Irradiazione d’Amore di Dio, perché allora è colma di benedizione e loda e glorifica Dio ininterrottamente. Ora a quest’anima sono accessibili le sfere di Luce, sono il suo costante ambiente. Non ha più da temere nessuna retrocessione, può entrare soltanto in sfere di Luce sempre più luminose, ma la sua beatitudine non viene mai offuscata da nessuna ombra. Ed ora comincia la sua attività nell’aldilà che le procura la massima soddisfazione, perché ora esegue ciò a cui la spinge il più profondo amore e perciò la sua attuale attività la rende felice. Un’anima amorevole intende solamente dare felicità, cioè distribuire ciò che rende felice lei stessa e dato che lei stessa ha attraversato lo stato dell’assenza di Luce ed ha percepita tormentosa la non-libertà, nel suo amore vuole aiutare le anime che devono sopportare la stessa sorte. Perché ora sà anche che con ciò adempie la Volontà di Dio; si sente come compenetrata dalla Volontà divina e la esegue senza resistenza. Ma ciononostante non limita alle anime che vorrebbero salire in Alto la loro libertà di volontà, per questo il suo agire è faticoso e richiede la massima pazienza, ma il suo amore non la stanca e la fatica viene anche ricompensata, perché sente la massima beatitudine, appena l’anima ha dato ascolto ai suoi sussurri e comincia a staccarsi dal mondo. Questo lavoro sulle anime nell’aldilà e sulla Terra è l’attività salvifica, la cui importanza voi uomini comprendete solo raramente, perché soltanto il sapere dell’eterna beatitudine rende comprensibile la necessità di una tale attività. Ma appena l’anima nell’aldilà si trova nella regione dell’Irradiazione dell’Amore divino, conosce anche il suo compito e la sua importanza, ed ora l’adempie con tutta la dedizione che è fondata soltanto nel suo amore. Amore e beatitudine sono inseparabili, l’amore deve preparare la beatitudine nell’amore, perché riceve ininterrottamente la beatitudine e deve aiutare le anime ancora legate, per togliere di mezzo tutti gli ostacoli che impediscono l’accesso alla beatitudine. Deve portare oltre il sapere alle anime mediante il quale anche le anime immature giungono alla libertà e possono ora pure entrare nelle sfere di Luce, nell’eterna Beatitudine.
