Soul work.... Overcoming Self....

The more undauntedly a person works on himself, the more successful his endeavour will be, for then he will have the sincere will towards God, and this will also result in the allocation of strength which will ensure spiritual progress again. The soul's work requires overcoming oneself, and therefore it can only be achieved if the human being constantly practices self-denial. What is beneficial to the soul will always mean a renunciation or sacrifice for the body, and therefore a strong will is needed that is more focussed on the soul than on the body. Spiritual success can only be achieved by setting aside the body, and precisely this is so difficult for people because the body will always push forward with its desire, whereas the soul usually has to be content if the human being's will considers it sparingly. And therefore the soul can only progress in its development when it is given more consideration than the body. Thus the human being cannot do enough in caring for his soul, he must constantly practice love, and this will then also result in wisdom.... the realization.... in its wake. And as soon as a person recognizes, he cannot help but submit to the divine will, i.e. do what is beneficial for his soul. The divine will will also be revealed to anyone who only strives to fulfil God's will, and then he will willingly separate himself from matter, from the goods of the world.... and consequently he will not pay attention to what pleases the body either, and he will only ever be intent on collecting spiritual possessions, for earthly goods will no longer seem appealing to him. And that is only the blessed state for humanity, that it leaves the world and its goods unnoticed and turns to spiritual experience. Then people think, hear and see differently, i.e. always remembering their souls, and only this is spiritual progress, which is based on a certain renunciation, on overcoming oneself, on an inner struggle against that which is part of the adversary. And anyone who earnestly strives towards God will gladly and joyfully give up what is of benefit to his body, for he exchanges something more valuable in return.... an increased degree of maturity of the soul....

Soulwork.... Auto-superação....

Quanto mais destemido o ser humano trabalhar sobre si mesmo, tanto mais bem sucedido será o seu esforço, pois então ele terá a vontade séria para com Deus e isso também resultará na aplicação de forças que novamente garantem o progresso espiritual. O trabalho da alma requer a superação de si mesmo e, portanto, só pode ser alcançado se o ser humano praticar constantemente a abnegação. O que é benéfico para a alma significará sempre uma renúncia ou um sacrifício pelo corpo e, portanto, é necessária uma vontade forte, mais dedicada à sua alma do que ao corpo. O sucesso espiritual só pode ser alcançado colocando o corpo de lado, e isso é precisamente o que as pessoas acham tão difícil, pois o corpo sempre se empurra para frente com seu desejo, enquanto a alma geralmente tem que se contentar se a vontade do ser humano lhe der pouca consideração. E, portanto, a alma só pode progredir no desenvolvimento quando é considerada mais do que o corpo. Assim, o ser humano não pode fazer o suficiente para cuidar de sua alma, ele deve praticar constantemente o amor, e isso então também implica sabedoria.... reconhecimento.... segue. E assim que o ser humano reconhece, não pode deixar de se submeter à vontade divina, fazendo assim o que é benéfico para a alma. Quem se esforça apenas para cumprir a vontade de Deus também terá a vontade divina revelada a ele, e então se separará de bom grado da matéria, dos bens do mundo.... e conseqüentemente também não prestará atenção ao que agrada ao corpo, e só se empenhará sempre em recolher bens espirituais, pois os bens terrenos não mais lhe parecerão atraentes. E este é apenas o estado abençoado para a humanidade, que despreza o mundo e seus bens e se volta para a experiência espiritual. Então as pessoas pensarão, ouvirão e olharão diferente, isto é, sempre pensando em sua alma, e só isso é progresso espiritual, que se baseia em uma certa renúncia, em uma autoconquista, em uma luta interior contra aquilo que faz parte do adversário. E aquele que sinceramente se esforça para Deus de bom grado e alegremente desiste do que lhe é útil para o corpo, pois ele troca por ele algo mais valioso.... um maior grau de maturidade da alma...._>Amém
