Process of light emission....

The process of radiating light can be compared to a continuing labour of love. This is not quite understandable insofar as the rays of light are visible, thus cannot be denied as something existing, even though it is not a work of creation requiring space.... that a labour of love, however, is an act which, as a product, would have to result in a new form. But light is to be regarded more as a process than as a form, for it is not tangible but perceptible. Nor would man be able to create a form from it, and this is again proof that light is a power from the supernatural kingdom, for everything that is earthly can be moulded into form, provided the human will is seriously active. But in order to somehow shape the rays of light a certain state of maturity of spiritual beings is required, to whom this is incumbent. These beings must be completely independent of the earth and its laws; they must have decided on an activity which presupposes deep love; they must be prepared to constantly give, and indeed want to give from a power which likewise flows to them themselves. This power emanates from God and is therefore spiritual substance that is luminous in itself because everything that is from God possesses an unimaginable luminosity. For God Himself is the light. Thus every ray of sunlight is firstly the power from God, which is transmitted to earth through countless beings who again fulfil their mission by acting as carriers of divine power. Secondly, however, the sun's rays are proof of the tireless activity of these beings, they are in a sense a reservoir from which everything in creation is constantly fed. A process takes place here which is only then understandable when it is recognized that without this passing on of strength from God creation would have to perish, that it is therefore dependent on the activity of those beings whose task it is to constantly impart this strength, to pass it on to everything in need of God's strength.... that it therefore requires a high degree of love in order to constantly give what these beings themselves receive.... This mission is therefore a labour of love of the perfect being for the still imperfect being, which is banished in creation and needs the supply of strength from God, which the spiritual being redeemed from the form receives in excess and, by virtue of its love for the unredeemed, always and constantly transmits to it.... This is the purely spiritual explanation for a process that is still unexplained in earthly terms....

Vorgang der Lichtausstrahlung....

Der Vorgang der Lichtausstrahlung ist zu vergleichen mit einem fortgesetzten Liebeswirken. Es ist das insofern nicht recht verständlich, als die Lichtstrahlen ersichtlich sind, sich also als etwas Bestehendes nicht ableugnen lassen, wenngleich es kein Raum-benötigendes Schöpfungswerk ist.... daß ein Liebeswirken aber eine Tat ist, die als Produkt eine neue Form ergeben müßte. Es ist aber das Licht mehr als ein Vorgang, als eine Form anzusehen, denn es ist nicht greifbar, jedoch wahrnehmbar. Es würde der Mensch auch keine Form daraus bilden können, und es ist dies wieder ein Beweis, daß das Licht eine Kraft ist aus dem überirdischen Reich, denn alles, was irdisch ist, läßt sich zur Form gestalten, sofern der menschliche Wille ernstlich tätig ist. Um die Lichtstrahlen aber irgendwie zu formen, gehört ein bestimmter Reifezustand geistiger Wesen, denen das obliegt. Es müssen diese Wesen völlig unabhängig sein von der Erde und ihren Gesetzen; sie müssen sich zu einer Tätigkeit entschlossen haben, die tiefe Liebe voraussetzt; sie müssen zu ständigem Geben bereit sein, und zwar geben wollen von einer Kraft, die ihnen selbst gleichfalls zuströmt. Es geht diese Kraft von Gott aus, ist infolgedessen geistige Substanz, die in sich leuchtend ist, weil alles, was von Gott ist, eine unvorstellbare Leuchtkraft besitzt. Denn Gott ist Selbst das Licht. Also ist jeder Sonnenstrahl erstmalig die Kraft aus Gott, die zur Erde geleitet wird durch unzählige Wesen, die wieder ihre Mission erfüllen, indem sie als Träger göttlicher Kraft fungieren. Zweitens aber sind die Sonnenstrahlen der Beweis unermüdlicher Tätigkeit dieser Wesen, sie sind gewissermaßen ein Reservoir, woraus unentwegt alles in der Schöpfung gespeist wird. Es spielt sich hier ein Vorgang ab, der erst dann verständlich ist, wenn erkannt wird, daß ohne dieses Weiterleiten der Kraft aus Gott die Schöpfung vergehen müßte, sie also abhängig ist von der Tätigkeit jener Wesen, die unentwegt diese Kraft-Vermittlung, das Weiterleiten an alles die Kraft Gottes Benötigende, zur Aufgabe haben.... daß es also einen hohen Liebesgrad erfordert, um ständig zu geben, was diese Wesen selbst empfangen.... Es ist diese Mission also ein Liebeswirken des vollkommenen Wesens an dem noch unvollkommenen Wesenhaften, das in der Schöpfung gebannt ist und die Kraftzufuhr aus Gott benötigt, die das aus der Form erlöste Geistige im Übermaß empfängt und kraft seiner Liebe zu dem Unerlösten stets und ständig diesem übermittelt.... Es ist dieses die rein geistige Erklärung für einen Vorgang, der irdisch noch ungeklärt ist....
