Obstacles.... Love of neighbour....

It is a time of inner struggle, which the person striving towards God has to live through, so that his will becomes strong and he finally decides in favour of or against God. For nothing can be gained without a fight, and what can be achieved effortlessly is of little value. But the divine gift.... of eternal life.... is so infinitely precious that no effort should be too great to promise this possession. Only a few people apply all their will to withstand all adversities of life and still serve God with the greatest devotion, and their perseverance will be a blessing, for at the same time their will and love for God will strengthen.... Whoever wants to reach God by overcoming obstacles will also have his strength increased, and it will soon seem easy to him what he previously thought was insurmountable. Only fighting or serving can lead you to the goal, yet where you willingly serve, the battle will become easy for you or be spared altogether. Yet at times you will become lukewarm in your service, and thus have to fight against adversity and obstacles which you cannot be spared, otherwise the danger of a standstill may arise which would be of great disadvantage to the soul. What is more difficult for the human being to achieve often spurs him on to utmost activity, and this is the purpose of such adversities, that you do not tire or stand still but steadfastly continue the path upwards.... and that you ask for strength so that it can be given to you to overcome everything that hinders you on the path upwards.... The commandment to love one's neighbour often requires a sacrifice of that which is desirable to man. He must be able to willingly give away what he himself possesses and his neighbour lacks, he must renounce it with joyfulness of heart, he must see his most beautiful task on earth in always giving what brings joy to his neighbour. Then he will experience the same in himself.... he will be given.... he will receive what the Lord Himself offers him, be it earthly or spiritually. God will always give to the one who gives to his neighbour. And thus, if the heart is involved in giving, the heart will also be allowed to receive. Earthly and spiritual gifts, offered in love, will bring in earthly and spiritual successes.... spiritual successes unmeasured and earthly reward, as far as this is beneficial for the soul. Thus a person will never deprive himself if his love for his neighbour prompts him to give. And therefore, misery and worry would never again be represented on earth if every human being would lovingly grant his neighbour help, for God Himself blesses every deed of love. However, humanity lacks the realisation that only love is redeeming. Self-love is strongly developed, and this in turn prevents people from practising neighbourly love, which is only of value if it is done without any self-interest. In most cases, however, the human being will think of his own well-being and, since he therefore does nothing to gain God's blessing and His love, will have to be made aware of the wrongness of his thoughts and actions, of his omission, through suffering and hardship, and thus cause hardship and suffering. For love redeems, but unkindness makes the human being unfree and keeps him in the adversary's bondage.... God Himself, however, cannot approach an unloving creature, and divine gifts can never be offered to him.... thus the human being, who only loves his own self and disregards his neighbour in need of help, has to thirst, for he cannot receive anything other than what he gives....

Obstáculos.... Caridade....

É um tempo de luta interior que a pessoa que luta por Deus tem que atravessar para que a sua vontade se torne forte e ele finalmente decida a favor ou contra Deus. Pois nada pode ser ganho sem luta, e o que pode ser alcançado sem esforço tem pouco valor. Mas o dom divino.... vida eterna.... é tão infinitamente precioso que nenhum esforço deve ser demasiado grande que prometa esta posse. Apenas algumas poucas pessoas usam toda a sua vontade para resistir a todas as adversidades da vida e ainda assim servir a Deus com a máxima devoção, e a sua perseverança será uma bênção para elas, pois ao mesmo tempo a vontade e o amor a Deus irão fortalecer.... Quem quiser chegar a Deus sobre os obstáculos também terá a sua força aumentada, e o que antes pensava ser intransponível, logo lhe parecerá fácil. Só lutar ou servir pode levá-lo ao objetivo, mas onde você voluntariamente servir, a luta se tornará fácil para você ou você será poupado por completo. Mas às vezes você se torna morno no serviço e, portanto, tem de lutar contra adversidades e obstáculos que não podem ser poupados, caso contrário o perigo de uma paralisação pode ocorrer, o que seria de grande desvantagem para a alma. O que é mais difícil de alcançar para o ser humano, muitas vezes o estimula a uma maior atividade, e este é o propósito de tais adversidades, que você não se cansa ou fica parado, mas constantemente continua o caminho da ascensão.... e que você apela por força para que ela possa ser fornecida a você para superar tudo o que o atrapalha no caminho da ascensão..... O mandamento do amor ao próximo requer muitas vezes um sacrifício daquilo que é desejável para o ser humano. Ele deve ser capaz de dar de bom grado o que ele próprio possui e falta ao seu próximo, deve despojar-se dele com alegria de coração, deve ver a sua mais bela tarefa na Terra ao dar sempre o que traz alegria ao seu próximo. Então ele vai experimentar o mesmo em si mesmo.... ser-lhe-á dada.... Ele receberá o que o próprio Senhor lhe oferece, seja terreno ou espiritual. Deus distribuirá sempre àquele que distribui ao seu próximo. E se o coração está envolvido em dar, o coração também terá permissão para receber. Dons terrenos e espirituais, oferecidos com amor, trarão sucesso terreno e espiritual.... sucessos espirituais não medidos e recompensa terrena, na medida em que isso seja benéfico para a alma. Assim, o ser humano nunca se privará se o amor ao próximo o levar a dar. E, portanto, nunca se representariam dificuldades e preocupações na Terra se cada pessoa concedesse amorosamente ajuda ao seu próximo, pois o próprio Deus abençoa cada ato de amor. No entanto, falta à humanidade a realização de que só o amor pode redimi-la. O amor-próprio é fortemente desenvolvido e isso, por sua vez, impede o ser humano de praticar o amor ao próximo, que só tem valor se for realizado sem qualquer interesse próprio. Mas, na maioria das vezes, o ser humano pensará no seu próprio bem-estar e, como não faz nada para obter a bênção de Deus e o Seu amor, terá de ser apontado à injustiça dos seus pensamentos e acções, da sua omissão, através do sofrimento e da adversidade e, assim, provocar adversidade e sofrimento. Pois o amor redime, mas a indelicadeza torna o ser humano inútil e o mantém nos laços do adversário.... Mas o próprio Deus não pode aproximar-se de uma criatura rude, e os dons divinos nunca podem ser oferecidos a ele.... assim o ser humano que só ama o seu próprio ego e não respeita o próximo que precisa de ajuda, pois não pode receber nada além do que dá....
