Union with God consequence of active love....

Finding inner contact with the divine is always a consequence of love awakened in the human being. It is impossible that a human being can unite with God who has not first manifested the will to affirmatively attune himself to the eternal deity through loving activity. From this it emerges that only through love can a union with God be achieved, that therefore the union with God presupposes having become love. It is also understandable that God, as love itself, will be there where true love becomes active. Thus, in a work of love, the human being senses the presence of eternal love as an increased impulse to love and a blissful awareness of strength. This is hardly perceptible in a purely physical sense, but the soul feels it unconsciously, so to speak, in inner peace and heightened joy of life, which, however, is not directed towards earthly interests. It seeks to explore God and infinity.... Once it has become active in love, it will feel prompted to think about God and the spiritual. For it is the consequence of the heart's love that the eternal love now reveals Itself to the human being and turns his train of thought towards Itself. And the human being feels at ease in the spiritual atmosphere that now surrounds him. He senses the divine where It approaches him, he allows himself to be seized by the strength of divine love, he tries to shape himself such that he is worthy of this divine union, and from then on he remains anxious for the salvation of his soul since he regocnizes that the human being's goal should be union with God. He by no means needs to withdraw from the duties of earthly life, he just has to be careful to prioritize the work on his soul over earthly endeavours, then earthly activity is likewise conducive to the soul's higher development. If he starts and ends everything with God and only ever strives for closeness to God, all earthly activity will be a blessing for him, for he will now consciously serve his fellow human beings through his earthly labour, and he can effortlessly master it if only he always desires the strength from God and constantly practices love. For now he does everything with God, Who is with him in every labour of love. He has detached himself from the realm of darkness and consciously entered the realm of light.... And light always means closeness to God.... His spirit must now also have awakened, thus the light must be synonymous with knowledge, for God is wisdom and love.... If God as love is connected with man through works of love, wisdom must also communicate itself to man in the same measure. A loving earthly being must simultaneously be a knowing being, for if God reveals Himself to the human being through love, He does not exclude wisdom, and the human being who has united with God through love will always stand in knowledge....

Unión con Dios es la consecuencia del amor activo....

Encontrar el contacto interior con lo divino es siempre la consecuencia del amor despertado en el hombre. Es imposible que un hombre se conecte con Dios si previamente no ha demostrado a través del obrar en amor la voluntad de ajustarse afirmativamente a la Deidad eterna. De esto resulta que sólo a través del amor se puede lograr la unión con Dios, y esa unión con Dios presupone haberse convertido en amor. Es además comprensible que Dios, como el Amor mismo, estará allí donde el verdadero amor esté activo. Así, en una obra de amor, el ser humano siente la presencia del Amor eterno como un impulso creciente hacia el amor y una dichosa conciencia de fuerza. Esto apenas se nota físicamente, pero el alma lo siente inconscientemente, por así decirlo, en una paz interior y una mayor alegría de vivir, que, sin embargo, no está dirigida a intereses terrenales. Ella busca explorar a Dios y el infinito.... Una vez que se haya vuelto activa en el amor, se sentirá impulsada a pensar en Dios y en las cosas espirituales. Porque es la consecuencia del amor del corazón que el Amor eterno ahora se da a conocer al hombre y dirige su línea de pensamiento hacia Sí Mismo.

Y el hombre se siente bien en la atmosfera espiritual que ahora le rodea. Siente lo divino allí donde se acerca a él, se deja atrapar por la fuerza del amor divino, trata de formarse de tal manera que sea digno de esta conexión divina, y desde entonces permanece preocupado por la salvación de su alma, ya que reconoce que el objetivo del hombre debe ser la unión con Dios. No necesita evadir los deberes de la vida terrenal, pero debe tener cuidado de anteponer el trabajo de su alma a los esfuerzos terrenales; entonces la actividad terrenal también conducirá al desarrollo superior del alma. Si comienza y termina todo con Dios y siempre se esfuerza por estar conectado con Dios, toda actividad terrenal será una bendición para él, porque ahora sirve conscientemente a sus semejantes a través de su trabajo terrenal, y este puede lograrlo sin esfuerzo si siempre desea la fuerza de Dios y practica constantemente el amor.

Porque ahora hace todo con Dios, Que está en cada obra de amor. Se ha liberado del reino de las tinieblas y ha entrado conscientemente en el reino de la luz.... Y la liz significa estar cerca de Dios. Su espíritu ahora también debe ser despertado, por eso la luz debe ser sinónimo de conocimiento, porque Dios es la sabiduría y el amor.... Si Dios, como amor, está unido al hombre a traces de obras de amor, la sabiduría también debe comunicarse al hombre en la misma. Un ser terrenal debe ser al mismo tiempo un ser conocedor, porque cuando Dios Se da a conocer al hombre a través del amor, no apaga la sabiduría, y el hombre que se ha conectado con Dios a través del amor siempre estará en el conocimiento....
