Most important task of being on earth....

The first task of earthly existence is and remains the perfection of the soul, and nothing else is so important that this task may be forgotten. And accordingly the whole time on earth must be filled with thoughts how such perfection can be achieved, man must neither become lukewarm nor lazy, and always only the soul is to be thought of, man is always to consider the importance of this his task so that he uses every hour and works his way up. The deity so often points out things to the human being which seem incomprehensible to him and thereby tries to stimulate his thoughts, and only constant contact with the divine lord and saviour will result in the earthly child's successful striving.... Then nothing will seem insurmountable to him that previously stood like a mountain before his spiritual eye. The human being must strive tirelessly, and he must never think that he has already reached his goal.... To achieve this on earth requires an incredible struggle for the truth, a strong, firm will and a childlike love for God.... And if an earthly child strives for all this, he is also guaranteed by the father in heaven that he will reach his goal.... And therefore the human being should pray incessantly for the strength to love God and his neighbour.... and this strength will guide him on all paths....

Il compito più importante dell’esistenza terrena

Il primo compito dell’esistenza terrena è e rimane il perfezionamento dell’anima, e null’altro è così importante, che questo compiuto non deve mai essere dimenticato. E perciò tutto il tempo terreno dev’essere colmato con i pensieri, come un tale perfezionamento possa essere raggiunto, l’uomo non deve diventare né tiepido né pigro, e deve sempre soltanto pensare all’anima, l’uomo deve sempre pensare all’importanza di questo suo compito, affinché utilizzi ogni ora e si elabori in Alto. La Divinità indica sovente all’uomo delle cose, che gli sembrano incomprensibili, e con ciò cerca di stimolare i suoi pensieri, e soltanto la costante presa di contatto con il divino Signore e Salvatore ha per conseguenza un tendere con successo del figlio terreno. Allora nulla gli sembrerà insuperabile di ciò che prima stava come un monte davanti al suo occhio spirituale. L’uomo deve instancabilmente tendere e non deve mai pensare di aver già raggiunto la sua meta. Per raggiungere questa ancora sulla Terra, ci vuole un incredibile lotta per la Verità, una volontà forte, salda ed un amore infantile per Dio. E se un figlio terreno tende a tutto questo, gli è data anche la garanzia dal Padre nel Cielo che raggiunge la sua meta. E perciò l’uomo deve pregare inarrestabilmente per la Forza per l’amore per Dio ed il prossimo, e questa Forza lo guiderà su tutte le vie.
