Word of God....

You humans are offered the strongest food and a drink of refreshment when the lord sends you His most holy word.... You hear the voice of the lord, and they are words of love that He speaks to people.... He constantly warns and admonishes the children on earth and offers them an abundance of favours in loving care, yet only little attention is paid to His kind fatherly words and therefore His voice must sound more admonishingly if it is to reach the ears of those who carelessly go through earthly life and leave their souls in dire need. People react differently to God's word.... Only a few accept it as the most precious good and refresh their souls, but the majority only take note of the word of God in a purely external way. They hear it well, but they do not grasp its meaning.... the words only reach the ear, but not the heart. And so the divine voice will sound louder and the sleepers and dreamers will be startled.... Those who walk along in a dream will suddenly be awakened by the loud audible call from on high.... And the lord will let His voice be heard so powerfully that there will be great horror, for many people will feel guilty and be aware of their lukewarmness. And to whom the realization still comes at the right time the call from above has brought salvation and the lord graciously accepts them into the flock of His sheep. And thus the lord woos His creatures.... the shepherd draws His sheep to shepherd them and lead them into the eternal kingdom. But those who do not heed His call, their path leads to the abyss.... The father in heaven is infinitely long-suffering and patient, but if His love is spurned and His creatures do not find their way back to Him, their reward will be according to their desire.... they will enter the kingdom of darkness, for they despised the voice from above that wanted to bring them salvation from eternal destruction....

하나님의 말씀.

주님이 너희에게 자신의 가장 거룩한 말씀을 보내면, 너희 사람들은 가장 강력한 양식과 상쾌한 음료를 받는다. 너희는 주님의 음성을 듣고, 이 음성은 주님이 사람들에게 말하는 사랑의 말이다. 주님은 계속해서 이 땅의 자녀들에게 경고하고 훈계하고, 사랑의 보살핌과 은혜를 넘치게 베풀지만, 그러나 그의 선한 아버지의 말은 거의 존중받지 못한다. 그러므로 경솔하게 이 땅의 삶을 살고, 그들의 혼을 심한 위험 가운데 있게 하는 사람들의 귀에 들리게 하려면, 그의 음성을 경고하는 방식으로 들려줘야만 한다. 사람들은 하나님의 말씀에 다르게 반응한다. 소수의 사람들만이 하나님의 말씀을 가장 귀한 재물로 받아들이고, 그들의 혼을 상쾌하게 한다. 그러나 대다수는 단지 외적으로 하나님의 말씀을 깨닫는다. 그들은 말씀을 실제 듣지만, 그의 의미를 이해하지 못한다. 말씀이 귀에 도달하지만, 그러나 심장에는 도달하지 못한다.

그러므로 하나님의 음성이 더 크게 들리게 될 것이다. 잠자는 사람과 몽상가는 두려워하며 기겁할 것이다. 꿈속에서 사는 사람은 높은 곳에서 들리는 큰 소리에 갑자기 깨어날 것이다. 주님은 그의 목소리가 아주 강하게 그의 음성이 들리게 할 것이다. 때문에 많은 사람이 죄책감을 느끼고, 그들의 미지근함을 알게 될 것이다. 그들은 적시에 깨닫게 될 것이다. 그들에게 높은 곳으로부터 온 부름이 구원을 가져왔고, 주님은 그들을 자신의 양무리로 기꺼이 받아드린다.

이로써 주님은 자신의 피조물을 얻는다. 목자가 양들을 유인하여, 그들을 돌보고, 영원한 나라로 인도한다. 그러나 주님의 부름에 순종하지 않는 사람들의 길은 무저갱으로 이어진다. 하늘의 아버지는 무한히 오래 참고 인내한다. 그러나 그의 사랑을 조롱하고, 그의 피조물들이 그에게 돌아오지 않는다면, 그들의 욕망대로 보상을 받게 될 것이다. 그들은 어두움의 나라로 들어갈 것이다. 왜냐하면 그들이 영원한 멸망에서 구원하려는 위로부터 들리는 음성을 경멸했기 때문이다.
