Sluggishness....

Without beginning and without end, from eternity to eternity, the lord God makes people feel His love.... All things breathe God's love, and the patience and gentleness of the lord makes them endure. And if the lord so obviously works to bring light to His children on earth, this is also proof of His immense love for human beings, whom He has placed in the universe in order to make all its glories accessible to them one day. Such fatherly love also never allows beings, great and small, to be hopelessly at the mercy of evil power. God's will and power will always set a limit to this power so that it does not seize the erring soul too much. People's energy is already an obstacle where the enemy feels paralyzed. The power of action is given to man and he can use it at his own discretion, since at the same time he was also given free will for the earthly career. Whoever makes little use of this energy puts himself into the hands of the enemy, and the eternal deity, Who placed him in the universe, must never be blamed. For every human being is considered by the father in such a way that he has a measure of willpower at his disposal. However, he often opposes this with his own sluggishness and the strength of will is thereby extraordinarily weakened. This is a danger of the greatest importance.... for this sluggishness extends to both earthly and spiritual life. The person who is always active in the worldly sense will also tackle the work on his soul with the same vigour in the case of realization.... He will have the same endeavour to continue the work he has begun for the soul as he does for earthly activity. It is therefore the greatest danger for a person to be inactive on earth, for his soul will then likewise die and his time on earth will pass unused for eternity. The heavenly father's love constantly influences the human being and provides him with every stimulus in order to awaken him from such weakness of will, inactivity and lethargy, and if the human being's will to serve the lord God is good, these stimuli will increase the urge to be active.... But if the human being resists, then the soul, in its distress, seeks a way out by inflicting all kinds of plagues on the body with the help of the good spiritual beings, with physical suffering, depression or discomfort, which make life difficult or unpleasant for him. And then the person looks for a way out himself and, in order to overcome all these resistances, begins to strengthen his will, which then also has a favourable effect on his physical creative power....

Inércia....

Sem começo e sem fim, de eternidade em eternidade, o Senhor Deus faz as pessoas sentirem o Seu amor..... Todas as coisas respiram o amor de Deus, e a paciência e mansidão do Senhor os faz suportar. E quando o Senhor trabalha tão obviamente para trazer luz aos Seus filhos na Terra, é também prova do Seu maior que grande amor pelas pessoas, que Ele colocou no universo para um dia tornar todas as suas glórias acessíveis a eles. Tal amor paternal também nunca permite que os seres, grandes e pequenos, fiquem irremediavelmente à mercê do poder do mal. A vontade e o poder de Deus sempre estabelecem um limite a esse poder, para que ele não se apodere demasiado da alma em erro. A energia das pessoas já é um obstáculo onde o inimigo se sente afrouxado. O ser humano recebe energia e pode usá-la como achar conveniente, já que ao mesmo tempo também lhe foi dado livre arbítrio para sua carreira terrena. Qualquer pessoa que faça pouco uso dessa energia entrega-se nas mãos do inimigo, e então a Deidade eterna, que o colocou no universo, nunca poderá ser culpada. Pois cada ser humano é tão considerado pelo Pai que uma medida de força de vontade está à sua disposição. Mas muitas vezes ele se opõe a isso com a sua própria inércia, e a força de vontade fica assim extraordinariamente enfraquecida. Este é um perigo da maior importância, pois esta inércia se aplica tanto à vida terrena como à espiritual. A pessoa que é sempre ativa no sentido mundano também, em caso de realização, enfrentará o trabalho em sua alma com igual vigor.... ele terá o mesmo esforço para continuar o trabalho que começou, que é destinado à alma, como quando ele prossegue a atividade terrena. Portanto, é o maior perigo para uma pessoa estar inativa na Terra, pois a sua alma então definhará igualmente e o tempo na Terra passará sem uso por toda a eternidade. O amor do Pai celestial influencia o ser humano em todos os momentos e lhe dá todo incentivo para despertá-lo de tal fraqueza de vontade, inatividade e letargia, e se a vontade do ser humano é boa para servir ao Senhor Deus, esses incentivos aumentarão seu impulso para ser ativo. Mas se o ser humano resiste, então a alma buscará uma saída na sua aflição, infligindo todo tipo de pragas no corpo com a cooperação dos bons seres espirituais, com sofrimento físico, depressão ou desconforto que tornam a vida difícil ou desagradável para ele. E então o ser humano procura uma saída e, a fim de superar todas essas resistências, começa a fortalecer a vontade, o que então também tem um efeito favorável sobre o poder criativo físico....
