The great of the world.... Security for life.... Struggle for the soul.... Prayer....

And the great ones of the world will realize that they are small and powerless and cannot do anything on their own that could improve their situation. And if they do not reflect on their origin out of God, they will not find a way out of their misery..... Only the one who is aware of this has the means in his hand, because he will trustingly turn to the One who created him and present his plight to him.... and also find there the help he hopes for. The others, however, wander restlessly through hardship and danger and find no way out, because they close themselves in false pride.

The condition will be especially agonizing for all those to whom the world has offered a lot so far. Their only concern is to find an adequate security for the later life, and they do not consider that this life can already be finished another day.... they do not consider how much more valuable it is to provide for the peace of the soul than for the security of the body. For in the former, they can leave life every day with the guarantee of exchanging it for a better hereafter..... The security of earthly life, however, never guarantees the same in the hereafter.

And so such a soul will always leave earth in need and find an empty place over there, wherever it wants to take up residence..... In the struggle for existence on earth, it is always advisable to consider the soul first and to lead the struggle primarily for the soul, then the body need never fear to be considered disadvantageously on earth, because then all sufferings are unnecessary for such an earthly child, which without these, already finds it's way to the Father and has recognized the advancement of it's soul as important.

Therefore, earthly knowledge, earthly power and reputation will not bring any advantage to the soul, but every human child must strive for this equally eagerly, whether high or low, whether poor or rich. No-one can easily or carelessly gain entrance into eternal bliss..... All face the same work, which only free will can overcome and accomplish. And every human being can only be helped to fulfill his earthly task by heartfelt prayer.... Whoever thinks himself too exalted to ask God for help, will certainly be great on earth, but one of the last in eternity....

Les grands du monde – la sécurité pour la vie - la lutte pour l'âme – la prière

Les grands du monde devront reconnaitre qu’ils sont petits et impuissants mais ils ne pourront rien faire tout seul qui puisse améliorer leur situation. Et s'ils ne pensent pas à leur origine divine, ils ne trouveront aucune porte de sortie hors de la matière. Seuls celui qui se rend compte qu’il a dans la main les moyens pour cela, parce qu’il se sera tourné avec confiance vers Celui qui l'a créé et qu’il Lui présentera sa situation de misère, trouvera l'Aide qu’il espère. Mais les autres erreront inquiets dans la misère et le danger et ne trouveront aucune porte de sortie parce qu’ils s’enferment eux-mêmes dans un faux orgueil. La situation sera particulièrement atroce pour tous ceux à qui le monde a beaucoup offert jusqu'à présent. Leur unique préoccupation est de trouver une sécurité modérée pour la vie future, mais ils ne pensent pas que cette vie peut être déjà finie le jour d’après, ils n’imaginent pas combien plus précieux il est de pourvoir pour la paix de l'âme plutôt que pour la sécurité du corps, parce que pour eux la préoccupation est de pouvoir abandonner la vie quotidienne avec la garantie de quelque chose de meilleur dans l'au-delà. Mais la sécurité de la vie terrestre ne garantit jamais et encore jamais une sécurité égale dans l'au-delà. Et ainsi une telle âme décédera indigente de la Terre et trouvera dans l’au-delà un lieu vide partout où elle veut prendre demeure. Dans la lutte de l'existence il est toujours commandé de penser d'abord à l'âme et de mener la lutte toujours en premier plan pour l'âme, tandis que le corps ne doit jamais craindre d’être pourvu désavantageusement, parce qu'alors toute souffrance est superflue pour un tel fils terrestre qui sans celle-ci a déjà trouvé le Père et a reconnu comme plus important la promotion de son âme. Donc, le savoir terrestre, le pouvoir terrestre et la renommée ne procurent aucun avantage à l'âme, mais chaque fils terrestre doit s’efforcer pour cela avec ferveur, qu'il soit en haut ou en bas, pauvre ou riche. Personne ne peut se conquérir facilement ou sans préoccupation l'entrée dans l'éternelle Béatitude. À tous il revient le même travail, que seulement la libre volonté peut dépasser et accomplir. Et pour l’accomplissement de sa tâche terrestre seule une prière sincère peut aider chaque homme, et celui qui se croit trop au-dessus pour demander de l'Aide à Dieu sera peut-être grand sur la Terre, mais le dernier dans l'Éternité.
